Abstract

The present invention relates to a Christmas tree with foldable branches, which includes a trunk and several sets of the branches, wherein a connector and a cap are mounted on the trunk. The branches are connected with the connector and are capable of being folded near to the trunk for decreasing the volume of the tree. So the tree can be stored or moved easily with being disassembled.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • A conventional decorative Christmas tree has a fixed rigid body. It can display a beautiful outlook but it is hard to be stored because of its large volume. Although there is a known design, which is capable of being disassembled, it is very inconvenient to disassembling the branches from the trunk of the Christmas tree. The assembling process is also difficult and trouble. [0001]
  • Accordingly, the primary object of the invention is to provide a Christmas tree with foldable branches. As the branches are folded near to the trunk, the volume of the tree becomes small while the tree can be stored or moved easily. Now the features and advantages of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.[0002]
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF ACCOMPANYING DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is an assembled perspective view showing a part of the trunk and a set of branches of a Christmas tree according to the present invention. [0003]
  • FIG. 2 is an exploded view of FIG. 1. [0004]
  • FIG. 3 is a plan view showing the Christmas tree and the folded branch according to the present invention. [0005]
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • Please refer to FIG. 1 to [0006] 3, the present invention relates to a Christmas tree, which includes a trunk (4) and several sets of branches (3).
  • A connector ([0007] 1) and a cap (2) are mounted on the trunk (4), wherein the connector (1) has several slices (11) thereon for connecting with inner hook (31) of each branch (3). The cap (2) covers on the connector (1) for ensuring the branch (3) connecting with the connector (1) horizontally. If the tree is not used, the branch (3) can be folded upward, as shown in FIG. 3, that decreases the volume of the tree while all branches are folded near to the trunk (4). It can be understood that it will be very easy to store or move the tree and any disassembling process will not be needed.
  • Accordingly, the present invention obviously achieves utility and improvement and should be allowed for patent. [0008]
