  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PRESENT INVENTION
  • The following descriptions are of exemplary embodiments only, and are not intended to limit the scope, applicability or configuration of the invention in any way Rather, the following description provides a convenient illustration for implementing exemplary embodiments of the invention. Various changes to the described embodiments may be made in the function and arrangement of the elements described without departing from the scope of the invention as set forth in the appended claims. [0022]
  • Referring to FIGS. 2, 3, and [0023] 4, there is shown a bottom seat 10 for an air pump or the like. The bottom seat 10 comprises a bending plate 1 and a plurality of anti-vibration pegs 2. The bending plate 1 is a H-shaped structure, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, or a single plate, as shown in FIG. 2. The bending plate 1 under an appropriate thickness being at a constantly bend shape is with flexibility. This will enhance the up down vibration generated in the course of operation of the air pump 100. The surface of the bending plate 1 and the bottom surface of the air pump body 100 are provided with corresponding pegging holes 11, 101. The anti-vibration peg 2 is inserted or urged into the pegging holes 11, 101 so that the bending plate 1 and the air pump body 100 form into a unit.
  • Referring to FIGS. 6 and 7, the [0024] anti-vibration peg 2 is made from rubber material and therefore the peg 2 is provided with flexibility. The two ends of the anti-vibration peg 2 are provided with two pointed pegs 21 and the inner side of the pointed peg 21 are provided with circular groove 22 so that the groove 22 can be engaged with the pegging hole 11, 101 and positioned. In addition, the two ends of the two pointed pegs 21 are provided with a pulling head 23 and the pulling head 23 facilitates the mounting of the peg 2 by direct pulling of the pulling head 23 and the anti-vibration peg 2 is urged into the pegging hole 11, 101. The anti-vibration 2 is provided with one or more than one groove 24 so as to enhance the gap needed for flexibility and softness of the bottom seat. The anti-vibration peg 2 is effectively reduced the vibration due to the operation of the air pump 100. In other words, the bottom seat provides full anti-vibration effect, as shown in FIG. 8.
  • As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the H-[0025] shaped bending plate 1 has four supporting plates 12 and each plate 12 has the similar thickness and curvature and flexibility. The front end and the rear end of the bending plate 1 are provided with rubber pad 3 as the final contact point with the ground. As shown in FIG. 5, the rubber pad 2 has a protruded bottom section 31 and is provided with flexibility and softness. The bottom section 31 is further provided with a plurality of gaps 311, which enhance the ground gripping force of the rubber pad 3, and the bottom seat 10 is therefore more flexibility and softness.
  • It will be understood that each of the elements described above, or two or more together may also find a useful application in other types of methods differing from the type described above. [0026]
  • While certain novel features of this invention have been shown and described and are pointed out in the annexed claim, it is not intended to be limited to the details above, since it will be understood that various omissions, modifications, substitutions and changes in the forms and details of the device illustrated and in its operation can be made by those skilled in the art without departing in any way from the spirit of the present invention. [0027]
