  • 2. Description of the Prior Art [0003]
  • In a fast explosive society of information, human life has become tight and tense due to the frequent business activity, therefore there is increasingly needed on leisure activity as well as the diversity of leisure activity. People spend times in many activities to ease the pressure and adjust themselves, some people work out in the gym, some people practice aerobic exercise or boxing, some people sing with the karaoke, and some people play video game. [0004]
  • This is especially good for preventing young generation from being misguided. However, prevalent TV game dancing pad is a game play interactively with a TV screen that user can only passively follow the instruction to react with lack of independence and can hardly satisfy teenager for a very short period of time. Accordingly, the inventor considers to combine music with changeable sound-light effect into sports such as aerobic exercise, dancing or boxing to achieve the invention that can not only consume lots of energy but also easily cope with the eager of performing. [0005]
  • In the official gazette of ROC utility model patent No.190933, it disclosed an improved drum structure with light controlled effect comprising: a microphone and a signal comparator provided inside a drum; a plurality of light emitting diodes and corresponding drivers provided at the center of diaphragm inside the drum and connected to each other; in which the sound pressure generated by striking the diaphragm can be amplified through the microphone, and the signal comparator can produce a control signal when an acoustic-pressure exceeds a prescribed level so as to trigger the LED driver, which then drives the plurality of light emitting diodes to twinkle, while the louder the sound generated the longer the LED may twinkle and increase the sound-light effect during the performance. [0006]

  • The striking type of entertainment performance apparatus with reactive sound-[0025] light 1 of the present invention is suitable to be used in places such as gyms, dancing hall, entertainment store, cabin for karaoke, pub and family studio, the performer may hit on different part of the striking portion in the striking module to match the musical sound and rhythm so that the reactive module can respond with projection, twinkling, movement or rotation through various lamplight device to create sensual special effect of surrounding. Furthermore as shown in FIG. 1, since the reactive module 40 is hung at the lower end 30 a of the sliding track via a plurality of steel cable 40 a, when the driving motor M2 of the sliding track 30 rotates, the reactive module 40 can revolve around the sliding track while spinning, rotate along a taper trace due to the centrifugal force, and incorporate with a focused projection light 442 of other light apparatus to achieve a splendid stage effect.
  • According to present invention, it is possible to make the [0026] striking module 10 and the lamplight reactive module 40 in personification, animalification, animation, separate the lamp device or abstract manner, the lower stand 14 of the striking module 10 may include an adjustable post 141 for fixing and adjusting the height of the stand via a lock member 142 and a joint member 143 provided on the upper part of the adjustable post 141 for adjusting the tilt angle of the striking module 10, thus, one can adjust striking module 10 to a upright position for striking or a tilt position for drum playing.
  • Above described are preferred embodiments of the invention but not intended to be the limit of the invention; it should be understood that one may replace the lampshade of the reactive lamplight apparatus with one having different pattern, or installed ribbon or dry ice injection devices inside the head portion, arm portion, chest portion, skirt portion to enhance the effect. That is to say, various change and modification without departing from the claim must be considered as fall within the scope of the invention. [0027]
  • To summary from above, the striking type of entertainment performance apparatus with reactive sound-[0028] light 1 of the present invention has incorporated with sports such as aerobic exercise, dancing, boxing and the like, the performer may hit the striking module to match the musical sound and rhythm so that the reactive module can respond with projection, twinkling, movement or rotation through various lamplight device to create sensual special effect of surrounding, therefore the present invention is a novel, advanced invention that is advantageous to industrial application.
