  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
  • The present invention is directed to an improved system and method for enabling a user to use easily accessible toothpaste and to provide easy access and well organized bathroom accessories on the decorative shelves that manually can be hanged on mirror or shower door frame, in an efficient and effective manner. The invention provides a vanity decorative self hanging shelves and toothpaste squeezer which is practical and kid's friendly, and which enables the user one hand usage of the toothpaste, while holding the brush in the same hand, and better organization of the bathroom. The system doesn't require any assembly or any other special skills and can manually be hanged in the bathroom providing enhanced usage of the tooth brushing equipment. The present invention further provides stability, ease of use, access and height adjustability. The preferred embodiments of the improved system and method are fully and detailed illustrated and described in the following paragraphs. [0018]
  • As illustrated in FIG. 1, which is present an isometric view of the invention, there is shown one single layered strip, that composed of a resilient material like acrylic or plastic, which is used as [0019] shelves 1. The shelve 1 has rectangular shape which is bended periodically in opposite directions, at the right angles and proper distance in between, providing decorative shelving space from the front and the back of the strip 1. The shelve 1 is connected to U-shaped hook 3, which is made of metal to achieve proper strength and thickness so one side of the hook 3 can easily fit behind the mirror. The hook 3 comes in different widths so it can be easily hanged on bathroom mirror or shower door's frame. The hook 3 is connected to the shelve 1 with ball chains 2. Ball chains 2 are required to place the shelve at different heights for efficient usage of the invention, by changing the length of ball chains 2. The U-shaped hook 3 has a V-shaped notch, at the front of the hook 3, that provide the ability to hold the ball chains 2 at any given length.
  • The shelve has [0020] plurality suction buttons 6 for better stability and safe usage by the customer and to provide the ability to attach the invention to smooth surface like mirror or shower door.
  • Movable and curved strip [0021] 4 located at the front bottom of the shelve 1. The purpose of the curved strip 4 is to hold and to squeeze the paste out of the tube, which is placed between the curved strip 4 and vertically slidable clip 5. The curvature of the strip 4 is required for effective and efficient squeeze of the paste. Curved strip 4 is joint to the shelve 1 by an easily, vertically slidable clip 5. Both edges of the clip 5 are bended towards the back of the shelve 1.
  • Slidable clip's [0022] 5 first purpose is to hold tight the toothpaste tube and the strip 4 together with the shelve 1. Clip's 5 second purpose is to slide vertically down in order to apply pressure on the paste, in the tube, when pushing the curved strip 4 become inefficient.
  • As illustrated in FIG. 2, which is present a side view of the invention, there is shown more clearly the thickness and the shape of the hook [0023] 3, the thickness, the shape and depth of the shelve 1, the curvature of the strip 4, size and locations of suction buttons 6.
  • As illustrated in FIG. 3, which is present the front view of the invention, there is shown more clearly and vividly the width of the [0024] shelve 1 and the proportion of the curved strip 4 and the slidable clip 5 comparing it to the shelve 1.
  • As illustrated in FIG. 4, which is present isometric view of the bottom of the [0025] shelve 1. We can see clearly the hole 7 that support toothpaste tube, that is placed bottom up and presented by dashed lines, holes 8 to hold toothbrushes that presented by dashed lines, and behind toothpaste tube support hole 7 there is a larger hole 9 that serves as a place holder for a cap or blow dryer or any other bathroom accessory.
  • As illustrated in FIG. 5, which is present an isometric and top view of the rubber cap [0026] 10. Toothpaste tube placed between curved strip 4, that squeezes out the paste, and the vertical part of the shelve 1. The pressure of the paste in the tube is adjusted by vertically sliding the clip 5 down. The rubber cap 10 that replaces the original tube cap has a cross-cut so the paste can be squeezed out and then the cap will be back to it's original shape, in this way the paste will be always fresh as new.
  • In the preferred embodiment, [0027] shelve 1, curved strip 4 and slidable clip 5 can be made of aluminum, clear plastic, colored plastic, plastic laminate, rubber or acrylic resinfiber composites.
  • In accordance with the present invention, the particular embodiments set forth above for the system are capable of providing a Vanity Self Hanging Shelves and Toothpaste Squeezer for enabling a user effectively and efficiently to use toothpaste and to provide decorative organizer for bathroom accessories. However, other forms of that system may be utilized with the present invention without departing from the spirit and the scope of the invention. Based on the present disclosure, other constructions and applications are known to one skilled in the art. [0028]
  • In view of the above, it is apparent that the system, method and the design of the preferred embodiments of the present invention enhance substantially the effectiveness of enabling a user to use easily accessible toothpaste and to provide easy access and well organized bathroom accessories on the decorative shelves, that can be hanged on the mirror or shower door's frame. [0029]
  • While the present invention has been described in connection with the specific embodiments identified herein, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that many alternatives, modifications and variations are possible in light of the above description. Accordingly, the invention is intended to embrace all such alternatives, modifications and variations as may fall within the spirit and scope of the invention disclosed herein. [0030]
