  • The Kage kneepad consists of titanium, which is its primary material. The titanium steel sheet has been arched by machine angled to sufficiently fit around the upper and lower knee area. The titanium steel is covered with a padding material and then fitted into sewn sleeve pockets. The measurements of the titanium sheets are ten inches in length and four inches in width. Each kneepad consists of two titanium sheets, one on the upper and the other on the lower. The thickness gauge of the titanium steel is 0.055 mm. The thickness of the padding material surrounding the titanium steel is two mm. The titanium steel covered by the padding material is then surround by a nylon type padding which is 1.5 mm thick on each side. The material is then joint and stitched in the back to form a slide on fitted kneepad. [0007]
