Abstract
The present invention provides a grind method of diamond grinding wheel finisher, is to set the axis of diamond grinding wheel and the axis of grinding wheel to be finished cross axially each other form an appropriate degree, make the radial circle face of the grinding wheel against closely to the axial finishing face of the diamond grinding wheel, and the diamond grinding wheel and the grinding wheel to be finished turn to the same direction, when diamond grinding wheel and the grinding wheel to be finished turn together, the diamond grinding wheel can finishing the radial face of grinding wheel to be finished that against closely to the axial finishing face of the diamond grinding wheel roundly.
Description
- The present invention provides a grind method of diamond grinding wheel finisher, especially refers to a cross latitude grind method of diamond grinding wheel and grinding wheel to be finished, the method has the high industry value.
- The traditional grind of grinding wheel, shown as FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, is set the
axis 11′ ofdiamond grinding wheel 10′ parallel to theaxis 21′ of grinding wheel to be finished 20′. The circle ofwheel 10′, 20′ against each other and said two wheels turn to the contrary directions. To make the said grindingwheel 10′ against closely to grinding wheel to be finishing roundly, commonly, the height T1 of saiddiamond grinding wheel 10′ is larger then the height T2 ofgrinding wheel 20′. But, the height T2 of grinding wheel to be finished 20′ is uncertain, operator can prepare manydiamond grinding wheels 10′ with diverse heights T1′, but that's not accord with the economic benefit, so the operator always finish grinding wheel to be finished 20′ with height T2 withdiamond grinding wheel 10′ with smaller height T1′, as shown in FIG. 6. The operator must move thediamond grinding wheel 10′ along the axial direction to make thediamond grinding wheel 10′ against closely to the face of grinding wheel to be finished 20′ when finish grindingwheel 20′ with larger height T2′ with diamond wheel grinding 10′ with smaller height T1. This operate method has the following drawbacks: - 1. The operator must control the axial movement of
diamond grinding wheel 10′, otherwise, corrugation will appearance on the circle face of grinding wheel to be finished. - 2. With regard to grinding wheel to be finished with two
deferent rigidity 30′, the method of move the diamond grinding wheel along axial direction is improper. As shown in FIG. 7, the grinding wheel to be finished with twodeferent rigidities 30′ is:middle layer 32′ with higher rigidity are hold axially by twoside layers 33′ with lower rigidity , theaxis 11′ of grindingwheel 10′ andaxis 31′ of grinding wheel to be finished with twodeferent rigidities 30′ are parallel. Whendiamond grinding wheel 10′ are moved along the faces ofmiddle layer 32′,side layers 33′ with diverse height, theside layers 33′ will be over-finished easily result in corrugation appearance on the circle face of grinding wheel to be finished 30′. - The originator of the present invention invent the present invention by many times design, discovery and by making multitude experiment samples and improver overcoming the well-known method, and invent at last a grinding method of grinding wheel finisher, especially refers to a cross latitude grind method of diamond grinding wheel and grinding wheel to be finished.
- main object of the present invention, is to provides a grind method of diamond grinding wheel finisher, that is to set the axis of diamond grinding wheel and the axis of grinding wheel to be finished cross axially each other form an appropriate degree, make the radial circle face of the grinding wheel against closely to the axial finishing face of the diamond grinding wheel, and the diamond grinding wheel and the grinding wheel to be finished turn to the same direction, when diamond grinding wheel and the grinding wheel to be finished turn together, the diamond grinding wheel can finishing the radial face of grinding wheel to be finished that against closely to the axial finishing face of the diamond grinding wheel roundly, can avoid the problem of “jump cutter” traditional finishing of two axes parallel setting, and can avoid corrugation appearance on the face of grinding wheel to be finished.
- Another object of the present invention is to provide a grinding method of diamond grinding wheel with a low cost, high efficiency, rapid finishing velocity, and finishing timesaving.
- The other objects and detail construct of the present invention will be described in detail by the following detailed description. Of course, the different of the other parts of the present invention, or the arrangement of the parts is permitted. The selected embodiment will be described in detail in the description, and the embodiment of the present invention is presented in drawings to disclose the technique content of present invention further.
- Please refer to FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the present invention provides a grinding method of diamond grinding wheel finisher, that is to make the
axes diamond grinding wheel 10 and the grinding wheel to be finished 20 cross axially each other form a appropriate degree, it's 90 degreed as shown in FIGS; is to make theradial circle face 22 of thegrinding wheel 20 against closely to theaxial finishing face 12 of thediamond grinding wheel 10. The diamond grindingwheel 10 and the grinding wheel to be finished 20 turn to the same direction. Whendiamond grinding wheel 10 and the grinding wheel to be finished 20 turn together, the diamond grindingwheel 10 can finishing theradial face 22 of grinding wheel to be finished 20 against closely to theaxial finishing face 12 of the diamond grindingwheel 10 roundly. - According to the above description, the present invention has the following advantages:
- 1. The
axes diamond grinding wheel 10 and grinding wheel to be finished 20 cross axially each other, in the course of finishing , the grinding wheel to be finished 20 can against to the diamond grindingwheel 10 continuously, that will not produce the problem of “jump cutter”, avoid produce corrugation on the face of grinding wheel to be finished 20; - 2. The present invention can be used in diverse height grinding wheels to be finished20, which accords with the economic benefit;
- 3. The finishing efficiency is high, and finishing velocity is rapid, and the present invention can save finishing time.
- By the above detailed description, those skilled in the art will learn that the present invention can really realize the above-mentioned object, and the present invention has accord with the request of applying for a patent, so can be applied for an invention patent. The description and draws disclosed above are only the construct of selected embodiment of the present invention, used for describing the present invention, and cannot constrict application of patent, and cannot constrict the real claims of the present invention; any various modification of construct and function, and the various changes of the listed numerical value and the changes of equivalent parts without departing from the claims of the present invention.

Claims (2)
1. A grinding method of diamond grinding wheel finisher, is set axis of diamond grinding wheel and axis of grinding wheel to be finished cross axially each other form a appropriate degree to make radial face of the circle of grinding wheel to be finished against closely to the axial finishing face of diamond grinding wheel, and the diamond grinding wheel and grinding wheel to be finished turn to the same direction, when diamond grinding wheel, grinding wheel to be finished turn together, diamond grinding wheel can finish radial face of grinding wheel against closely to axial finishing face of diamond grinding wheel roundly;
2. The grinding method of diamond grinding wheel finisher according to claim 1 , wherein, the degree that formed form cross axially each other of the axis of diamond grinding wheel and the axis of grinding wheel to be finished is 90 degree.
