Description
- (1) Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to a structure improvement of electric grinder, and more particularly to the structure improvement of an electric grinder whose components can be quickly assembled and disassembled.
- (2) Description of the Prior Art
- The schematic view of a prior electric grinder10 (as shown in FIG. 1), the connection between the
motion element 11 and theelectric grinder 10 is through the locking between aninternal thread 101 and anexternal thread 111. It is quite inconvenient to replace, especially theelectric grinder 10 used in the beauty industry, one machine usually is used on one single person and it requires ultraviolet disinfecting box to disinfect before being used again. Therefore it requires constant replacing of theelectric grinder 10 and it wastes a lot of time on assembling and disassembling if utilizes the stated thread locking method. - Because of the stated shortcomings of the prior electric grinder, after years of experience in the industry and a sequence of continuous observations, researches, and developments, I propose the present invention, a structure improvement of electric grinder, as a possible solution, which after a series of experiments has found to effectively improve the existing shortcomings of the prior art and posses practical functions.
- The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a structure improvement of electric grinder that can prevent the transmission element deviated from the center and is constituted of components that can be quickly assembled and disassembled.
- The present invention will now be specified with reference to its preferred embodiment illustrated in the drawings, in which
- FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a prior art.
- FIG. 2 is a schematic 3-dimensional explosion view of the present invention.
- FIG. 3 is a schematic assembled view of the present invention.
- FIG. 4 is a schematic assembled cross-section view of the present invention.
- FIG. 5 is a schematic view of the motion element disconnected with the electric grinder in accordance with the present invention.
- FIG. 6 is a schematic view of the motion element connected with the electric grinder in accordance with the present invention.
- The invention disclosed herein is directed to the structure improvement of electric grinder. In the following description, numerous details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. It will be appreciated by one skilled in the art that variations of these specific details are possible while still achieving the results of the present invention. In other instance, well-known components are not described in detail in order not to unnecessarily obscure the present invention.
- First, please refer to FIG. 2 to FIG. 4. One preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention mainly includes:
- An
outer casing 20, which includes aninternal thread section 21 to connect with ascrew socket 80 while the inside includes a front protrudingring 22 and a rear protrudingring 23 to be contacted with the front andrear shafts control element 30; - A
control element 30, whose front end includes afront shaft 31 while the rear end includes arear shaft 32, and the top includes anaccommodating hole 33 while the inside includes astopping ring 34, wherein atransmission shaft 50 is inserted into theaccommodating hole 33 and the bottom of thecontrol element 30 includes afixing socket 36 connected with the accommodatinginner space 35 to accommodate the front section of thetransmission element 60, while thefix socket 36 with a position protrudering 361 is inserted onto the end ofcontrol element 30; - A
position spring 40, formed on the inside of thecontrol element 30; - A
transmission shaft 50, whose front end includes several lengthwisecutout slots 51 and several petal-like clip pieces 52 to hold bit A, while the rear section is inserted into theaccommodating hole 33 of thecontrol element 30 and aposition spring 40 is inserted onto the shaft and inside the rear section includes aninternal thread section 53 to be screw connected with thetransmission element 60; - A
transmission element 60, whose front section includes abolt 61 to be screw connected with thetransmission shaft 50, and aprotrude ring 62 at the middle section, while the rear section includes ainsertion section 63, wherein theinsertion section 63 is connected with the transmission wire of the motion element and theinsertion section 63 further includes ashaft 64 to prevent the eccentric movement of thetransmission element 60; - A connecting
element 70, which includes astud 71 with anexternal thread section 72 to be screw connected with a revolvingsocket 80 and the front end of thestud 71 includes agroove 73 to allow a C-shape ring 74 to set in, while the connectingelement 70 includes ahole 75, wherein thehole 75 is used to accommodate aspring 76 and atenon bead 77 so that thetenon bead 77 protrudes over, and at the rear end of the connectingelement 70 includes aindented groove 78 and more than oneround beads 783 so after placing theround bead 782 the motion element can be connected by aresilient element 781; - A revolving
socket 80, whose front section includes anexternal thread section 81 to be screw locked with theouter casing 20 while the rear section includes aninternal thread 82 to be connected with theexternal thread section 72 of the connectingelement 70, and also includes ahole 83 at the rear end, wherein the diameter ofhole 83 is smaller than thetenon bead 77; - A
motion element 9, whose main component is a hollowsoft tube 93 which further includes atransmission wire 92, and the top section of themotion element 9 includes a connectingsection 91 to be inserted into theinner trough 79 of the connectingelement 70 and be stopped and positioned by theround bead 782 of theindented groove 78. - Please refer to FIG. 5 and FIG. 6. When disassembling the electric grinder, it only needs to pull out the
motion element 9. Since the connection between the electric grinder and themotion element 9 is through the stop action provided by theround bead 782 of the connectingsection 70 of the electric grinder, themotion element 9 can be separated from the electric grinder as long as the pulling force is larger than the stopping force provided by theround bead 782. On the other hand, themotion element 9 can be connected with the electric grinder by simply inserting themotion element 9 into the connectingsection 70 of the electric grinder. - While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
