Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention is a reuse joint means for neck protection, especially, a joint means of neck safety can firmly protect user's life and be continuously reused.
- 2. Description of the Prior Art
- Present office workers, officials, etc. are usually wearing neat and tidy cloths and ties for appearance courtesy. As shown in FIG. 1, which is a scheme of applying state of prior art, a
general tie 1 a is circled aloop 10 a around a human being neck, and then putting a knot between thetie 1 a and theloop 10 a to finish a whole procedure; a tiepin (not shown in figure) can be applied to clip a cloth with thetie 1 a for avoiding thattie 1 a is clamped by drawer, door, window, rotating door, etc. - However, tie is one of inconvenient points for that a criminal is able to attack a policeman when the criminal struggling with the policeman. The reason is the criminal only pulls a tie on the policeman to make him hardly breath, criminal can easily escape or attack policeman to threaten his life.
- On the other hand, office works should put IDs on their necks when work, and sometimes they may take elevators to go to some other floors, thus there are some possibilities that elevators' doors clamp the IDs causing dangers. People who work in factories may happen that the IDs are drawn into machines.
- Further, nipples are always hung up on babies' necks. As we know, babies are usually curious for everything at home, and they may have any actions at any time, so lines or chains around babies' necks may hook any furniture to cause babies' accidents.
- Based on the aforesaid issues, the present inventor of the patent has being studied and referred to practical experiences and theory for designing and effectively improving the prior arts.
- The first object is to offer a reuse joint means for neck protection, which safety structure is immediately took off from neck when a chain or line around neck is pulled to firmly protect user's life.
- The second object is to offer a reuse joint means for neck protection, which can be reused again and again and is not broken by once accident.
- To approach above objects, the present invention is to offer a reuse joint means for neck protection, which comprises a loop body and a joint structure with female-male joining function; wherein two ends of the loop body are individually set a female connector and a male connector to convenient user wearing. If an amount of a pull force is greater than a pre-designed safety value, a join of the female connector and the male connector is separated to be off a neck, thus, the aforesaid objects are then achieved.
- The appended drawings will provide further illustration of the present invention, together with description; serve to explain the principles of the invention.
- FIG. 1 is a scheme of applying state of prior art.
- FIG. 2 is a scheme of a first embodiment applying to a tie of the present invention.
- FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the first embodiment of the present invention.
- FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of the present invention.
- FIG. 5 is a sectional view of the second embodiment of the present invention.
- FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a third embodiment of the present invention.
- FIG. 7 is a perspective view of a fourth embodiment of the present invention.
- FIG. 8 is a perspective view of a fifth embodiment of the present invention.
- FIG. 9 is a perspective view of a sixth embodiment of the present invention.
- FIG. 10 is a perspective view of a seventh embodiment of the present invention.
- Please refer to FIGS. 2 and 3, which are a scheme of a first embodiment applying to a tie of the present invention and a perspective view of the first embodiment of the present invention. The present invention is to offer a reuse joint means for neck protection, which comprises a
loop body 1 and ajoint device 2 with female-male joining function; wherein theloop body 1 is to hang up on a neck of human being with atie 10 or an ID, a nipple (not shown in figure); two ends of theloop body 1,male end 11 andfemale end 12 combine each other to form thejoint structure 2. - The
joint structure 2 is a felting 20, which consists of a hooking layer 200 (male) and a burr layer 201 (female); the two layers are designed on the two ends ofloop body 1,male end 11 andfemale end 12, and an adhering ofmale end 11 andfemale end 12 to complete a whole loop is via a join of thehooking layer 200 and theburr layer 201. - According to aforesaid structure, when the present invention is applied to
tie 10, ID, nipple, etc., the felting 20 can be separated by a pulling force, which means the two ends ofloop body 1,male end 11 andfemale end 12, are separated as well, thus user's life can be protected; besides, the felting 20 is with a feature of reduplication, loop body 1 is then reused again and again, not limited by once accident. - Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, which are a perspective view of a second embodiment of the present invention and a sectional view of the second embodiment of the present invention. Wherein, a combination of the
joint structure 2 is via fastening, and also connecting two ends ofloop body 1. Thejoin structure 2 consists of afastening base 21 and afastening piece 22, which are located on two ends ofloop body 1, and twopins fastening base 21 and thefastening piece 22 for connectingfastening base 21, fasteningpiece 22 and loop body 1 (as shown in FIG. 4). When twopins ends folding lines pins - Fastening
base 21 is an arc figure from top view and a “⊃” figure from front view, thus it acceptsfastening piece 22, which is positioned in anindentation 211; afastening hole 212 is designed on top of theindentation 211 for matching withfastening piece 22. - Fastening
piece 22 is also an arc figure from top view, and afastening button 221 is set inside fasteningpiece 22 to cooperate with thefastening hole 212. A rear offastening button 221 is a protrudingfastening part 222, which outer rim is arounded angle 223, thus, when fasteningbase 21 and fasteningpiece 22 matching each other andloop body 1 being pulled by a force greater than a designed safety value, fasteninghole 212 is taken off from fasteningpiece 22 because of theround angle 223 offastening button 221. - Referring to FIGS. 6 and 7, which are a perspective view of a third embodiment of the present invention and a perspective view of a fourth embodiment of the present invention. Wherein, two front ends of
fastening base 21 and fasteningpiece 22 ofjoint structure 2 are both square from top view and individually have fasteninghole 212 andfastening button 221;indentation 211 is also set onfastening base 21 forfastening piece 22 inserting and positioning. As shown in FIG. 6, two rear ends offastening base 21 and fasteningpiece 22 have two infixingpieces ends loop body 1 have twoslots 214 and 215 to position two infixingpieces slots fastening base 21 and fasteningpiece 22 for twoends loop body 1 and joinstructure 2. - Referring to FIGS. 8 and 9, which are a perspective view of a fifth embodiment of the present invention and a perspective view of a sixth embodiment of the present invention. Wherein, two sides of
fastening base 21 have twofastening holes 212, and two sides offastening piece 22 have twofastening buttons 221 relative tofastening holes 212. Therefore, two fingers pressing on twofastening buttons 221 can releasejoint structure 2. - Referring to FIG. 10, which is a perspective view of a seventh embodiment of the present invention. The
male end 11 can be connected with thefemale end 12 by thejoint device 2 in active link method. Thejoint device 2 includes aprojection 23 and a throughhole 24. The throughhole 24 can be linked with theprojection 23 so that themale end 11 can be connected with thefemale end 12. When theloop body 1 is pulled, theprojection 23 can be bent deformation so as to be separated from the throughhole 24 due to flexibility of theprojection 23. According above mention, themale end 11 can be separated from thefemale end 12 easily so user's life can be protected. - While the present invention has been shown and described with reference to preferred embodiments thereof, and in terms of the illustrative drawings, it should be not considered as limited thereby. Thus, the present invention is infinitely used. However, various possible modification, omission, and alterations could be conceived of by one skilled in the art to the form and the content of any particular embodiment, without departing from the scope and the sprit of the present invention.
- The invention is disclosed and is intended to be limited only the scope of the appended claims and its equivalent area.
