Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Field of the Invention [0001]
  • The present invention relates to garments such as brassiere, swimming suit, leotard or bodysuit, and particularly proposes a detachably assembled garment by freely exchanging each component of the illustrated garment for the other component with the provision of a fixture. [0002]
  • 2. Description of Related Art [0003]
  • A brassiere as an example of the garments is generally composed of right and left bust cups, a front portion, right and left belt portions, right and left shoulder straps and a midriff band. A conventional brassiere is usually formed by integrating each component which cannot be separated. Therefore, for example, when a design of the component is wanted to be partially changed by matching with an individual taste, a size thereof should be changed by corresponding to a physical change or a worn out part is required to be repaired, it is a problem that the brassiere cannot be partially exchanged for meeting these requirements. As a result, the brassiere cannot be used as it is anymore. [0004]
  • Therefore, an object of the invention is to provide a garment such as brassiere, swimming suit, leotard or bodysuit which might freely exchange at least a part of bust cup portions, a front portion, a midriff band or a belt portion with the provision of at least one fixture. Designs of these garments may be changed for satisfying an individual taste and repairs done easily for keeping long life. Particularly, the invention aims to enhance enjoyment of many variations with the use of appropriate combination of a plurality of these components. [0005]
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The inventors have reached the following essentials for attaining the object by solving the above-mentioned problems bothering garments having conventional bust cups. [0006]

  • DETAILED EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION
  • The first embodiment of the garments according to the invention is of a brassiere. This brassiere is essentially composed of each part of right and left bust cups, a front portion, right and left belt portions and a midriff band, and at least more than one of each component is detachable. And, each of these detachable components is exchangeable for the other same kind of parts. [0040]
  • For example, FIG. 1A shows a brassiere in which a [0041] right bust cup 1 and a left bust cup 2 are made separable into right and left, respectively, with the provision of a fixture 7 and a fixture 8 such as fasteners and a part of these cups 1, 2, right and left shoulder straps 24, 25 and a front portion 5 are independently made detachable for easily exchanging for the others. For example, the fixture 7 such as a fastener is fitted between separating lines 10-11 provided on the right bust cup 1 and a fixture 8 such as a hook is fitted between separating lines 12-13 provided on the left bust cup 2. Further, the separating points 10 and 12 are provided at the highest portions of the right and left bust cups and the separating points 11 and 13 are provided at the lowest portions of the right and left bust cups. Thus, since each component is made partially detachable, the brassiere can be separated into three components, that is, (1) right belt portion 3 + right bust cup right portion 1 a, (2) right bust cup left portion 1 b + front portion 5 + left bust cup right portion 2 b + right shoulder strap 24 + left shoulder strap 25, and (3) left bust cup left portion 2 a + left belt portion 4, respectively. In this case, for example, as shown in FIG. 1B and FIG. 1C, the brassiere can be changed into a garment having a different image by exchanging at least more than one of the components separated into three. For example, if there are three kinds of each component according to design, size or the like, for example, it is possible to enjoy variation by means of 3×3×3=27.
  • FIG. 2A shows the case of a brassiere having a [0042] midriff band 6 at the lower part of the front portion 5 in the detachable brassiere shown in FIG. 1A. In this case, a separating point 14 is provided at the lower part of a midriff band 6 on an extension of the separating lines 10-11 provided on the right bust cup 1, and a fixture 7 a such as a fastener is provided between separating lines 10-14. In like manner, a separating point 15 and a fixture 8 a such as a fastener are provided on the side of the left bust cup 2. Thus, since each component is made partially detachable, the brassiere can be separated into three components, that is, (1) right belt portion 3 a + right bust cup right portion 1 a + midriff band right portion 6 a, (2) right bust cup left portion 1 b + front portion 5 + left bust cup right portion 2 b + midriff band center portion 6 b + right shoulder strap 24 + left shoulder strap 25 and (3) left bust cup left portion 2 a + left belt portion 4 + midriff band left portion 6 c. Further, FIG. 2B and FIG. 2C show embodiments in case of exchanging one of three separated components.
  • FIG. 3A shows a brassiers which components are easily exchanged for others by detaching the [0043] right belt portion 3 and the left belt portion 4, the right and left bust cups 1, 2, the right and left shoulder straps 24, 25 and the front portion 5 with the provision of fixtures 7 b and 8 b such as fasteners. For example, the fixtures 7 b and 8 b such as fasteners are provided, respectively, at a boundary between the right and left bust cups 1, 2 and the right and left belt portions 3, 4 (i.e., between separating lines 10 a-11 a provided at the outer hem of the right bust cup 1 and between separating lines 12 a-13 a provided at the outer hem of the left bust cup 2). Thus, the brassiere can be separated into three components, that is, (1) right belt portion 3, (2) right bust cup 1 + front portion 5 + left bust cup 2 + right shoulder strap 24 + left shoulder strap 25 and (3) left belt portion 4. Further, FIG. 3B and FIG. 3C show embodiments in case of exchanging one of three separated components.
  • FIG. 4A is an embodiment of the detachable brassiere shown in FIG. 3A, in which the brassiere has the [0044] midriff band 6 at the lower part of the front portion 5. For example, the brassiere can be separated into three components by providing fixtures 7 c and 8 c such as fasteners at a boundary between the midriff band 6 and right and left belt portions 3 a, 4 a (i.e., between separating lines 10 a-14 a and between separating lines 12 a-15 a). Further, FIG. 4B and FIG. 4C show embodiments in case of exchanging one of three separated components.
  • FIG. 5A shows a brassiere which right and left [0045] belts 3 a, 4 a and right and left portions of the midriff band 6, the right and left bust cups 1, 2, the front portion 5 and the center of the midriff band 6 are made separable with the provision of fixtures 7 d, 8 d, 16 and 17 such as fasteners and hooks so as to easily exchange each of the separated components for others. The separating points 10 a and 12 a of fixtures 7 d and 8 d such as fasteners are provided at the edges of a boundary between the right and left bust cups 1, 2 and right and left belt portions 3 a, 4 a, while the separating points 11 b and 13 b are provided in the vicinity of the lowest parts of each bust cup 1, 2. Further, fixtures 16 and 17 such as hooks are provided from separating points 11 b and 13 b toward separating points 14 b and 15 b at the lower part of the midriff band 6. Further, it is preferable to use any different fixtures for the fixtures 7 d and 16 and the fixtures 8 d and 17, or a fastener as a series of fixtures. Thus, the brassiere can be separated into three components, that is, (1) right belt portion 3 a + midriff band right portion 6 a, (2) right and left cup portions 1, 2 + front portion 5 + midriff band center 6 b + right and left shoulder straps 24, 25 and (3) left belt portion 4 a + midriff band left portion 6 c. Further, FIG. 5B and FIG. 5C show embodiments in case of exchanging one component of three separated portions.
  • FIG. 6A shows a brassiere which can detach and partially freely exchange right and left [0046] bust cups 1, 2 and other components with the provision of fixtures. For example, fixtures 7 b and 8 b such as hooks are provided at the boundary of the right and left bust cups 1, 2 and right and left belt portions 3, 4 (i.e., between separating lines 10 a-11 c provided at the outer hem of the right bust cup 1 and between separating lines 12 a-13 c provided at the outer hem of the left bust cup 2). Further, fixtures 18 and 19 such as fasteners are provided at the boundary of the right and left bust cups 1, 2 and the front portion 5 (i.e., between separating lines 20-21 provided at the inner hem of the right bust cup 1 and between separating lines 22-23 provided at the inner hem of the left bust cup 2). As partially separating in this manner, the brassiere can be separated into five components, that is, (1) right belt portion 3, (2) right bust cup 1 + right shoulder strap 24, (3) front portion 5, (4) left bust cup 2 + left shoulder strap 25 and (5) left belt portion 4. Further, each of fixtures 7 b, 8 b, 18 and 19 may preferably be the same or different kind. Further, FIG. 6B and FIG. 6C show embodiments in case of exchanging one of the components separated into five. Further, in this case, for example, if three kinds of each component are existent, it is possible to enjoy variation by means of 35=243.
  • FIG. 7A shows an embodiment of the brassiere having a [0047] midriff band 6 at the lower part of the front portion 5 in the partially exchangeable brassier separated into five as shown in FIG. 6A. For example, fixtures 7 e and 8 e such as fasteners are provided around the periphery (between separating lines 10 a-20 and between separating lines 12 a-20) of the right and left bust cups 1, 2, and fixtures 16 and 17 such as hooks are further provided from separating points 11 b and 13 b in the vicinity of the lowest part of the right and left bust cups 1, 2 toward separating points 14 b and 15 b at the lower part of the midriff band 6 (i.e., between separating lines 11 b-14 b and between separating lines 13 b-15 b), so as to make each component detachable with the provision of fixtures and freely exchangeable for the same kind of others. Further, it is preferable to use the same or different kind for each of fixtures 7 c, 8 c and 17. Further, the fixtures 7 c and 8 c may preferably be separated at separating point 11 b or 13 b or two fixtures may be combined together. Further, FIG. 7B and FIG. 7C show embodiments in case of exchanging one of the components separated into five.
  • FIG. 8A shows a brassiere which [0048] front portion 5 and other components are, for example, detachable with the provision of fixtures 18, 19 such as fasteners. The fixtures 18, 19 are provided at the boundary of the front portion 5 and the right and left bust cups 1, 2 (i.e., between separating lines 20-21 provided at the inner hem of the right bust cup 1 and between separating lines 22-23 provided at the inner hem of the left bust cup 2), thereby separating the brassiere into three components, that is, (1) right belt portion 3 + right bust cup 1 + right shoulder strap 24, (2) front portion 5 and (3) left belt portion 4 + left bust cup 2 + left shoulder strap 25. Further, it is preferable to use the same or different kind of the fixtures 18, 19. Further, FIG. 8B and FIG. 8C show embodiments in case of exchanging one of the components separated into three.
  • FIG. 9A is an embodiment of a brassiere having a [0049] midriff band 6 at the lower part of the front portion 5 in the brassiere separated into three as being exchangeable with others shown in FIG. 8A. For example, fixtures 18 a, 19 a such as fasteners are provided at the boundary between the front portion 5 and right and left bust cups 1, 2 (i.e., between separating lines 20-11 b provided at the inner hem of the right bust cup 1 and between separating lines 22-13 b provided at the inner hem of the left bust cup 2), and fixtures 16 and 17 such as hooks are provided from separating points 11 b and 13 b toward separating points 14 b and 15 b at the lower part of the midriff band 6, thereby separating the brassiere into three components. Further, the fixtures 18 a and 16 and the fixtures 19 a and 17 may preferably be a series of fixtures with the use of a continuous fixture such as a fastener. Further, each of the fixtures may be the same or different kind, respectively. Further, FIG. 9B and FIG. 9C show embodiments in case of exchanging one of three-divided components for the other.
  • The second embodiment of the garments according to the invention is of a swimming suit or leotard. The swimming suit, leotard or bodysuit is formed by fitting to at least more than one detachable part with the provision of a fixture. And, the detachable component can independently be exchanged for another same kind. [0050]
  • For example, FIG. 10A shows a swimming suit, leotard or bodysuit having bust cups formed by separating it into three portions with the provision of a fixture such as a fastener in the transverse direction and detachably and freely exhchanging each component for another same kind. The swimming suit, leotard or bodysuit is separated into top and bottom three parts of a [0051] bust portion 100, a trunk portion 101 and a pantie portion 102 with the provision of fixtures 103 and 104. It is preferable to use the same or different kind for the fixtures 103 and 104. Further, FIG. 10B and FIG. 10C show a rear view and a left side view of the swimming suit, leotard or bodysuit shown in FIG. 10A.
  • FIG. 11A shows a swimming suit, leotard or bodysuit having bust cups formed by separating into four portions with the provision of a fixture such as a fastener in the longitudinal direction and detachably exchanging each component for another same kind. The swimming suit, leotard or bodysuit becomes possible to be detached at the center of the front body with the provision of a [0052] fixture 109, the center of the back body with the provision of a fixture 110, both the sides with the provision of fixtures 111 and 112, both the shoulder portions with the provision of fixtures 113 and 114 and the crotch portion with the provision of fixtures 115 and 116, respectively. Each fixture may preferably be the same or different. Further, FIG. 11B and FIG. 11C show a rear view and a left side view of the swimming suit, leotard or bodysuit shown in FIG. 11A, respectively.
  • FIG. 12A shows a swimming suit, leotard or bodysuit having bust cups formed by separating it with the provision of a fixture such as a fastener into three portions in the transverse direction and four portions in the longitudinal direction, that is, twelve portions in all, and detachably exchanging each component for another same kind. That is, FIG. 12A shows a combination of the detachable swimming suit, leotard or bodysuit shown in FIG. 10A and FIG. 11A. [0053] Fixtures 103 a˜103 d and 104 a˜104 d are provided in the transverse direction, fixtures 109 a˜109 c, 110 a˜110 c, 111 a˜111 c and 112 a˜112 c are provided in the longitudinal direction, fixtures 113 and 114 are provided at both the shoulder portions and fixtures 115 and 116 are further provided at the crotch portion.
