Abstract
A hanging thin wall plate comprises a decorating plate; a plurality of composite plates fixed to a back side of the decorating plate; and at least one aluminum-extruding piece fixed to the back surface of the decorating plate and between two composite plates. When the decorating plate, composite plates and aluminum-extruding piece are combined, retainers are engaged on a backside of the aluminum-extruding piece for being combined with other steel element. Thereby, a wall plate is capable of being fixed to a wall of a building. No hole is drilled on the decorating plate so that the decorating plate has a complete surface without any crack. Thereby, the thickness of the decorating plate can be reduced. A thinner decorating plate can be used and thus the weight of the wall plate is reduced.
Description
- The present invention relates to wall plates, and particularly to a hanging thin wall plate.
- Hanging thin wall plates are usually used in the outer surfaces of buildings. The hanging thin wall plates need stone materials with larger areas, for example, marble material, granite, tiles, pre-molding material or other decorating materials. Two prior arts for fixing stone material to a wall or a steel element are disclosed in Taiwan Patent No. 338348 (“Retainer for Stone Material”) and Taiwan Patent No. 343669 (“Retainer for Stone Wall”). In these prior arts, holes are formed on concrete stone materials for fixing retainers. However, the defects of these prior arts are: the stone materials must be drilled for forming holes and then being embedded with hole-enlarged screws, while this not only destroys the surface of the stone material, but also the stone will crack. Moreover, to enlarge hole needs precise technologies. Therefore, the cost for machining is high. Moreover, stone material must have trenches for fixing the retainer, and thus, the distances of the trenches must be measured precisely, otherwise the stone material can not be suitably matched with a retainer so that the working process becomes complicated.
- Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a hanging thin wall plate comprising a decorating plate; a plurality of composite plates fixed to a back side of the decorating plate; and at least one aluminum-extruding piece fixed to the back surface of the decorating plate and between two composite plates. When the decorating plate, composite plates and aluminum-extruding piece are combined, retainers are engaged on a back side of the aluminum-extruding piece for being combined with other steel elements. Thereby, a wall plate is capable of being fixed to a wall of a building.
- In the present invention, no hole is drilled on the decorating plate so that the decorating plate has a complete surface without any crack. Thereby, the thickness of the decorating plate can be reduced. A thinner decorating plate can be used. Furthermore, the weight of the wall plate is reduced. The decorating plate, composite plates and aluminum-extruding piece are tightly engaged by combining large contact areas. Force applied thereon is uniformly distributed. Moreover, the composite plates and the aluminum-extruding piece can be used as enhancing plates of the decorating plate. The aluminum-extruding piece can be drilled easily as requirement. Thereby, a wall plate is tightly engaged with another wall plate or a wall of a building. Comparing with a prior art wall plate, the present invention has a lower cost and precise drilling operation can be neglected and the speed of manufacturing can be increased. The material of the decorating plate is not confined. Various kinds of decorating plates can be used in the present invention. The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.
