Abstract

A twistingly moving exerciser using the torsion of a human waist portion and the dragging of a hand portion to make a vehicle platform move forwardly in an arcuate trace mainly has a universally turning front wheel disposed in the front aspect of the said vehicle platform and a rear wheel with a thrusting effect is respectively disposed on the left and the right sides in the rear aspect thereof; when a human body sits on the vehicle platform to operate it by twisting the waist to make deflective response, the alternative movement and the thrusting effect of the two rear wheels achieve the objective of obvious moving operation.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1) Field of the Invention [0001]
  • The present invention relates to a twistingly moving exerciser, more especially to an exercises using the twist of a human body, the auxiliary dragging and pulling of a hand portion to make a vehicle body twirl arcuately as well as using two alternatively moving rear wheels disposed on the rear sides thereof to make the vehicle body twist and move forward. [0002]
  • 2) Description of the Prior Art [0003]
  • There are many kinds of exercisers for exercising the human waist portion; however, among the fitness training exercisers for the waist portion, except the bicycle capable of obviously achieving the effect of twisting the waist portion, there is no other similar waist exerciser capable of moving forward. [0004]
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention particularly provides an exerciser capable of using the twist of the waist portion to drive a vehicle body to move forward, and extensively applying the function of the waist force to provide the highest exercising efficiency for the waist portion. [0005]
  • To enable a further understanding of the structural features and the technical contents, the brief description of the drawings below is followed by the detailed description of the preferred embodiment.[0006]
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

  • FIG. 2 is a lateral view drawing of the present invention. [0008]
  • FIG. 3 is a bird's-eye view drawing of the present invention. [0009]
  • FIG. 4 is a simplified and lateral view drawing of the rear wheel structure of the present invention. [0010]
  • FIG. 5 is a simplified and bird's-eye view drawing of the structure of the present invention. [0011]
  • FIG. 6 is the first functional drawing of the moving operation of the present invention. [0012]
  • FIG. 7 is the second functional drawing of the moving operation of the present invention.[0013]
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • Referring to FIG. 1, the present invention comprises a spear-shaped vehicle platform ([0014] 1) and the rear portion thereof is formed as a seat pad (11) with handgrip bars (12, 13) disposed on two sides; the rear low aspect of the vehicle platform (1) is disposed with a rear wheel (3) and a universal turning front wheel (2) is disposed at the forward position of a nose point.
  • Referring to FIG. 2, a wheel base ([0015] 14) is concavely and forwardly mounted inside the said vehicle platform (1); the inward side of the said wheel base (14), opposite the foot position, is disposed with a foot pedal (15); the said wheel base (14) providing downward assembly of a universal turning front wheel (2); the said front wheel (2) is comprised by movably and downwardly disposing a universal turning front wheel (2) on a wheel holder (21); the said wheel holder (21) is directly locked to the wheel base (14); the said rear wheel (3) is assembled to the rear aspect of the vehicle platform (1) through an axial center (34), as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4; after being assembled to the vehicle platform (1), a unidirectional axel bearing (33) is disposed at the relative position of the said axial center (34); the rearward thrusting function of the said unidirectional axel bearing (33) assures the rear wheel (3) of the moving vehicle platform (1) not to move backwardly so as to achieve an efficient forward driving movement; furthermore, the left and right handgrips (12, 13) properly provides gripping and the auxiliary operation for the user's hands.
  • Referring to FIGS. 5, 6, and [0016] 7 for the function of the operation and the movement of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 5, the universal turning front wheel (2) is disposed in the front aspect of the vehicle body; the left and right rear wheels (31, 32) are respectively mounted on the left and front sides of the rear aspect; when the user sits in the vehicle body, if the waist twists toward leftward, as shown in FIG. 6, the front wheel (2), due to the effect of the universal turning, makes the wheel body (20) support the said vehicle platform (1) to move to the left hand side; during the moving processing, since the left rear wheel (31) has the thrusting function and the right rear wheel (32) has the effect of rolling forwardly in a unidirection, the left rear wheel (31) is used as a center of a circle to form an angle for twirling arcuately and that further forms a longitudinal length (L1) with the original fixed point position; the said length (L1) is the moving distance; when the user twists rightward, the left hand drags the handgrip bar (12) to make the vehicle body swing arcuately rightward; when the vehicle platform (1) twirls rightward, as the same, through the function of the front wheel (2) and the cooperation of the right rear wheel (32) as the center of the circle, thereby the left rear wheel (31) reaches another moving distance (L2); therefore, through the repetitive operations shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the objective of moving the vehicle platform (1) forwardly is achieved; of course, the driving and turning of the exerciser of the present invention can be decided by the degree of the deflecting angle; basically, through the turning front wheel (2) and the alternative working of the two lateral wheel bodies in the rear aspect, the objective of moving the vehicle body while controlling the turning operation can be achieved.
  • Referring again to FIG. 2, a foot pedal ([0017] 15) is disposed in the front aspect inside the said vehicle body; as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, when the human waist twists, the said twisting force added by the force exerting operation of the foot portion allows the distal end of the foot to exert force toward the outer side at the forward position of the vehicle body; of course, the exerted functional force reaches the seat pad (11); the precision of the force exertion can be learned by getting familiar with the corresponding angular direction of the force exertion for achieving auxiliary dynamic force for driving the vehicle; furthermore, the wheel base (14) mounted forwardly on the vehicle platform (1), as shown in FIG. 2, is disposed concavely; the said concaved wheel base (14) is capable of increasing the bending of the structural plate body in the front aspect of the vehicle head to form higher structural stress and thereby to strengthen the vehicle platform (1) structure.
  • It is of course to be understood that the embodiment described herein is merely illustrative of the principles of the invention and that a wide variety of modifications thereto may be effected by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims. [0018]
