Abstract
A structure of a lip brush mounted within a lipstick container. The lip brush comprises a locking short rod and a metallic tube insertion module. The brush has a tightening brushing end formed by the conic shaped tubular edge at the end of mounting of the metallic tube. When the brush is withdrawn from the tube the brush coated with lipstick solution has a conic shape as a result of the tubular edge of the metallic tube, facilitating utilization of the brush in make-up procedure.
Description
- (a) Technical Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to a lip brush structure, and in particular, a lip brush having a plastic short rod and a metallic tube connected to each other. The lip brush can be directly inserted into the interior of the container containing a lip-cream.
- (b) Description of the Prior Art
- The conventional lipstick packing container generally includes an outer covering body at the top portion at the opening of the container. The inner edge of the bottle has a plastic scrap ring, and a long rod is mounted to the outer covering body and the bottom end of the rod has a tube hole or recess for the mounting of a lip brush head. By compressing the tube hole, the end head of the lip brush head is positioned, and the other end of the long rod is connected to the interior of the external covering body such that the entire brush head can be directly retracted into the lipstick-packing container. In application, when the outer covering body is withdrawal, the lip brush head is being taken out, but the brittles of the brush head become a flat shape and the lip stick cream is not even, and when the lip cream is applied to the lip, the lip will not be covered evenly with lip cream.
- Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a structure of a lip brush, which overcomes the above drawbacks.
- Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a structure of a lip brush, wherein the lip brush comprises a locking short rod and a metallic tube insertion module.
- Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a structure of a lip brush, characterized in that the lip brush having a plastic tubular head protruded out a short rod for mounting with a long rod which is a prefabricated metallic tube, the external bottom end of the metallic tube is a conic tapered tube edge, the head of the lip brush is inserted from the top end of the metallic tube and the conic tapered tube edge is protruded externally forming a tightly packed module having the shape of the head of a pen.
- Still another object of the present invention is to provide a structure of a lip brush, wherein the edge face of the conic tapered tube of the metallic tube is coated with an adhesive as a tightening aid of the lip brush head.
- Yet still another object of the present invention is to provide a structure of a lip brush, wherein the radius of the metallic tube is similar or slightly larger than that of the center shaft hole of the scrap plate.
- The foregoing object and summary provide only a brief introduction to the present invention. To fully appreciate these and other objects of the present invention as well as the invention itself, all of which will become apparent to those skilled in the art, the following detailed description of the invention and the claims should be read in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. Throughout the specification and drawings identical reference numerals refer to identical or similar parts.
- Many other advantages and features of the present invention will become manifest to those versed in the art upon making reference to the detailed description and the accompanying sheets of drawings in which a preferred structural embodiment incorporating the principles of the present invention is shown by way of illustrative example.
- FIG. 1 is a perspective exploded view of a lipstick-packing container in accordance with the present invention.
- FIG. 2 is a sectional view of the lipstick-packing container in accordance with the present invention.
- FIG. 3 is a schematic view showing the lipstick-packing container of the present invention.
- FIG. 4 is a schematic view showing the retrieving of the lipstick brush of the present invention.
- FIG. 5 is a schematic view showing the retrieving of the lipstick brush to automatically removal of excessive solution in accordance with the present invention.
- The following descriptions are of exemplary embodiments only, and are not intended to limit the scope, applicability or configuration of the invention in any way. Rather, the following description provides a convenient illustration for implementing exemplary embodiments of the invention. Various changes to the described embodiments may be made in the function and arrangement of the elements described without departing from the scope of the invention as set forth in the appended claims.
- Referring to FIGS.1 to 6, there is shown a structure of a lip brush mounted to a lip-stick packing container having a
packing container 10 with a plurality of threads 11 for mounting to anextension section 12 of anouter covering body 20. Aplastic tube head 21 is mounted internally within thecovering body 20, and the other end of thetube head 21 is extended to connect with ashort rod 211 for mounting with a prefabricatedmetallic tube 22. The other end of themetallic tube 22 connected to theshort rod 211 has a tapered tube edge. Thehead 23 of the lip brush is inserted into the top end of themetallic tube 22. The end of the conic shaped tube edge extended externally is formed into a pen-like tightening module. An adhesive is coated to the tapered tube inner surface so as to position the tapered tube to the inner wall of the top portion of the packing container 30. Thus, thelip brush head 23 is secured and the withdrawal of thelip brush head 23 will evenly coat with lipstick cream and the bristles of the brush will be in a clustered state. - The container opening section of the container is provided with a
scrap ring 13 to facilitate scrapping of excessive lipstick cream. Thescrap ring 13 maybe amounting ring 131 mounted with arubber scrap plate 132, and the radius of themetallic tube 22 is similar or slightly larger than that of the center shaft hole of thescrap plate 132. - It will be understood that each of the elements described above, or two or more together may also find a useful application in other types of methods differing from the type described above.
- While certain novel features of this invention have been shown and described and are pointed out in the annexed claim, it is not intended to be limited to the details above, since it will be understood that various omissions, modifications, substitutions and changes in the forms and details of the device illustrated and in its operation can be made by those skilled in the art without departing in any way from the spirit of the present invention.
