Abstract

Our invention, THE SHOE SHIMMER, is intended to consolidate in a neat and organized fashion the task of shoe shining. Whereas this task is not beloved because of the dirt and mess it leaves behind, we have eliminated the mess and have returned shoe shining to be a part of the morning routine in the home.

Description

  • THE SHOE SHIMMER ia a kit designed to make shoe shining easier and more efficient, without the mess in the home. [0001]
  • The kit is made to fit the standard toilet seat used in most homes. The kit has a flap underneath that fits under the toilet seat and is connected by two velcro straps in the back. When the kit is opened, two flaps go up-one on each side. The center of the base of the kit has an indentation to fit the foot and shoe of the user. Surrounding the shoe indentation are pockets for shoe polish and/or accessories. The top part of the kit has various pockets and holders for additional accessories. The kit is closed by a zipper and has a handle for carrying. [0002]
  • By attaching THE SHOE SHIMMER to any standard toilet seat, the user will have immediate access to all the tools needed to shine his shoes and will be able to do so without making an unnecessary mess that usually accompanies this task. The kit is mobile and compact which gives it the advantage of being able to be taken on trips and other places. [0003]
