Description
- The present invention relates to a unit-combination type frame structure and, more particularly, to a unit-combination type frame structure capable of being penetrated through by suspension rods of a hanging system to facilitate passing through of lines or fire pipes, and capable of matching devices such as mobile hooks.
- As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a prior art unit-combination type frame structure comprises a plurality of
frame units 10 a, a plurality ofconnection seats 20 a, and a plurality ofscrewing parts 30 a. Theframe units 10 a are hollow frame bodies each having cutsides 11 a at four corners thereof. Each of theframe units 10 a has an upwards extendingpartition wall 14 a between aninner edge 12 a and anouter edge 13 a thereof. Thepartition wall 14 a is of the same shape as theouter edge 13 a, and has fouropposed connection sides 15 a parallel to thecut sides 11 a. Throughholes 16 a are disposed at predetermined positions of the fourconnection sides 15 a of thepartition wall 14 a to align and tightly join thecut sides 11 a of theframe units 10 a. The connection seats 20 a, each having a throughhole 21 a, are placed between theopposed connection sides 15 a. The throughholes 21 a of theconnection seats 20 a align with the throughholes 16 a of theconnection sides 15 a. Thescrewing parts 30 a are then screwed into the throughholes - The above unit-combination type frame structure can be used as a frame structure such as a ceiling and a glass pall. When an earthquake occurs, some frame units will be impacted, and will also distribute impact force to let the frame bodies bear it. Moreover, the use of material of the frame is more flexible and will not result in waste. Also, the structure is stronger, and a guide track and mobile hooks can be appended below the frame for moving heavy articles. Furthermore, the installation is simple to save time and manpower.
- However, when the above unit-combination type frame structure is to be fixed in hanging way by using a hanging system, because the
cut sides 11 a of theframe units 10 a are tightly joined together, there is no position for a suspension rod of the hanging system to pass through downwards. Therefore, the suspension rod cannot vertically pass through between thecut sides 11 a of theframe units 10 a and be supported at bottoms of theframe units 10 a. In other words, the fixing way is limited so that more extensive use cannot be achieved. - Furthermore, because the
cut sides 11 a of theframe units 10 a of the above unit-combination type frame structure are tightly joined together, there is no pre-reserved pipeline for wiring to facilitate disposition of lines and fire pipes. - Additionally, the above unit-combination type frame structure has no pre-reserved space for wiring, hence also resulting in inconvenient disposition of lines and fire pipes. Moreover, bottom faces of the frame units are simple planes so that devices such as mobile hooks cannot be directly installed.
- Accordingly, the above unit-combination type frame structure has inconvenience and drawbacks in practical use. The present invention aims to resolve the above problems in the prior art.
- The primary object of the present invention is to provide a unit-combination type frame structure, wherein indentations are disposed at four corners of frame units thereof. When cut sides of the frame units are joined together, the indentations can be used to form holes penetrating from top to bottom. When the unit-combination type frame structure is to be fixed in hanging way by using a hanging system, suspension rods of the hanging system can vertically pass through the cut sides of the frame units to be further supported at four corners of bottoms of the frame units with fixing boards. Therefore, the fixing way is more flexible to have more extensive use.
- Another object of the present invention is to provide a unit-combination type frame structure, wherein the bottom of each of the frame units extends to form a groove seat. Each of the groove seats has a receiving space therein. The groove seats can be used to facilitate disposition of lines or fire pipes, and can also match devices such as mobile hooks, hence achieving more extensive use.
- To achieve the above objects, the present invention provides a unit-combination type frame unit comprising a plurality of frame units. The frame units are hollow units, each having cut sides at four corners thereof. Each of the frame units has an upwards extending partition wall between an inner edge and an outer edge thereof. Indentations of circular arc-shape or another shape are disposed at four corners of the partition wall. The cut sides of the frame units can be joined together to form a unit-combination type frame capable of using the same frame. The indentations can be used to form holes so that suspension rods of a hanging system can vertically pass therethrough. The bottom of each of the frame units can also extend to form a groove seat having a receiving space therein.
