Abstract
The present invention relates to a cylinder anti-clockwise half-opened fabric dyeing machine structure, especially one making full use of space available and increasing volume of fabric. The present invention mainly consists of a cylinder-like machine body, rectangle-rounded edges nozzle, rectangle-rounded edges conducting tube and several gathering fabric basins. The cylinder-like machine body refers to short machine heads style and consists of a conducting wheel, rectangle-rounded edges nozzle, rectangle-rounded edges conducting tube and several gathering fabric basins. The rectangle-rounded edges nozzle is designed under the conducting wheel, draws in fabric for dyeing process, goes through the rectangle-rounded edges conducting tube and finally goes to the gathering fabric basin. The front part of the rectangle-rounded edges conducting tube is connected to the rectangle-rounded edges nozzle and turns around the cylinder-like machine body to a certain level to connect to the gathering fabric basin at the bottom. The gathering fabric basin turns around the cylinder-like machine body such that the fabric and machine body form an anti-clockwise passage. Hence, the present invention increases quality and volume of fabric and makes full use of space available.
Description
- The present invention refers to a cylinder anti-clockwise half-opened fabric dyeing machine structure, especially one making full use of space available and increasing volume of fabric.
- The commonly used clockwise reel rotation of fabric dyeing machine has a long body and much motor power is needed to conduct the fabric. In order to increase pressure, power is wasted and fabric can be easily damaged as this process is more suitable for heavier fabrics.
- According to the commonly used clockwise reel rotation of fabric dyeing machine, this structure is mainly used for thicker materials but for dyeing of light weight materials such as knitted or cotton materials, possibility that pills or slipping of material might occur should be considered. Thus, the distance of overflow should be reduced and natural circulation principle as well as force of gravity used to conduct such materials to the machines for high-speed dyeing.
- According to the commonly used anti-clockwise reel dyeing machine structure, dyeing results and texture have much to be improved. During dyeing process, fabric is not expanded and released since circulation is quick and pressured thus causing crease marks influencing proportion to dyeing and texture of fabric.
- According to the above-mentioned fabric circulation of dyeing process, the diameter of nozzle is usually small and creases in fabrics can thus occur such that the diameter of the nozzle should be improved for better quality of fabric.
- It is an object of the present invention to obviate and mitigate the above drawbacks, to increase functions of the dyeing machine, to reduce space used and relatively increase volume of fabric for more economic effectiveness.
- It is another object of the present invention to make full use of space available by using a cylinder-like machine body designed with a rectangle-rounded nozzle, rectangle-rounded conducting tube and a gathering fabric basin for more efficiency.

The conductingwheel 25 is designed at the top of the rectangle-rounded nozzle 22. Dyeing process begins whenfabric 26 is put into rectangle-rounded nozzle 22 and smoothly passes through a bigger nozzle to rectangle-rounded conductingtube 23 for spraying. It then goes along the arc angle of cylinder-like machine body 21 to a suitable angle to thegathering fabric basin 24 such that fabric can change position at any time to a half-opened position.Fabric 26 goes, once again, through rectangle-rounded nozzle 22 with the help of conductingwheel 25 to form an anti-clockwise state. - With reference to FIG. 3 showing a top view, the diameter of the rectangle-
rounded nozzle 22 is smaller than the rectangle-rounded conductingtube 23 and thegathering fabric basin 24 is designed inside the cylinder-like machine body 21. - As mentioned above, the circulation of
fabric 26 ofdyeing machine 20 relates to a half-opened state, primarily going through conductingwheel 25 to rectangle-rounded nozzle 22, then to rectangle-rounded conductingtube 23 and finally to gatheringfabric basin 24. When fabric is sent to rectangle-rounded nozzle, it is reduced in width and then expanded in rectangle-rounded tube. The width of rectangle-rounded nozzle 22 and rectangle-rounded tube is different and therefore, quality of fabric is improved as dyeing result is increased and creasing marks are prevented, thus increasing economic efficiency. - With reference to FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 showing the operation of the present invention, the
dyeing machine 30 mainly consists of along machine head 31 and a cylinder-like machine body. The long machine head is designed with a conductingwheel 33 and around nozzle 35 and around conducting tube 36 is found between theround nozzle 35 and cylinder-like machine body 31 to connect to the rectangle-rounded conductingtube 37 situated inside the cylinder-like machine body 32. Asfabric 39 circulates inside the machine, it is naturally pushed to a suitable angle and conducted once again to fabric passage to thegathering fabric basin 38 and moved to conductingwheel 33 oflong machine body 31 for next dyeing process.
Claims (1)
1. A kind of cylinder anti-clockwise half-opened fabric dyeing machine structure mainly consisting of a cylinder-like machine body, rectangle-rounded nozzle, rectangle-rounded conducting tube and a gathering fabric basin with the following characteristics:
The cylinder-like machine body has a short machine head and is designed with a conducting wheel, rectangle-rounded nozzle, rectangle-rounded conducting tube and a gathering fabric basin;
The rectangle-rounded nozzle is found under the conducting wheel to pull fabric for spraying, going through rectangle-rounded conducting tube for more spraying to finally gather in the gathering fabric basin;
The front part of rectangle-rounded conducting tube is connected to the rectangle-rounded nozzle and circulates to a certain angle in the cylinder-like machine body to connect to the gathering fabric basin at the rear part;
The gathering fabric basin turns around the cylinder-like machine body such that fabric and the machine body form an anti-clockwise passage.
