Abstract

A shock-absorbing skateboard device has a main board, a downtube connected to the main board, a head tube connected to the downtube, a handle disposed on the head tube, a front wheel connected to the head tube, a rear wheel support frame disposed on a bottom of the main board, and a rear wheel connected to the rear wheel support frame. A shock-absorbing mechanism is connected to the rear wheel support frame. An adjusting mechanism is connected to the shock-absorbing mechanism.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to a skateboard device. More particularly, the present invention relates to a shock-absorbing skateboard device. [0001]
  • A conventional skateboard does not have a handle to direct a direction of movement. The direction of movement is controlled by the feet of the user only. Furthermore, the conventional skateboard cannot absorb shock. [0002]
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • An object of the present invention is to provide a skateboard device which can absorb shock efficiently. [0003]
  • Accordingly, a shock-absorbing skateboard device comprises a main board, a downtube connected to the main board, a head tube connected to the downtube, a handle disposed on the head tube, a front wheel connected to the head tube, a rear wheel support frame disposed on a bottom of the main board, and a rear wheel connected to the rear wheel support frame. A shock-absorbing mechanism is connected to the rear wheel support frame. An adjusting mechanism is connected to the shock-absorbing mechanism.[0004]
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is a perspective assembly view of a shock-absorbing skateboard device of a preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention; [0005]
  • FIG. 2 is a partially perspective assembly view of a shock-absorbing skateboard device of a preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention; [0006]
  • FIG. 3 is a partially bottom plan view of a shock-absorbing skateboard device of a preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention; [0007]
  • FIG. 4 is a schematic view illustrating an operation of a shock-absorbing skateboard device of a preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention; [0008]
  • FIG. 4A is a partially enlarged view of an adjusting device of a preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention; and [0009]
  • FIG. 5 is a schematic view illustrating another operation of a shock-absorbing skateboard device of a preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention,[0010]
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • Referring to FIGS. [0011] 1 to 5, a shock-absorbing skate-board device comprises a main board 1, a downtube 40 connected to the main board 1, a head tube 4 connected to the downtube 40, a handle 5 disposed on the head tube 4, a front wheel 2 connected to the head tube 4, a rear wheel support frame 31 disposed on a bottom of the main board 1, and a rear wheel 3 connected to the rear wheel support frame 31.
  • A shock-absorbing [0012] mechanism 6 is connected to the rear wheel support frame 31.
  • An adjusting mechanism [0013] 7 is connected to the shock-absorbing mechanism 6.
  • The shock-absorbing [0014] mechanism 6 has a link unit 62 having a first link 62B and a second link 62A, an elastic element 61, and a blocking rod 63.
  • The [0015] blocking rod 63 is disposed on the bottom of the main board 1 to block the second link 62A.
  • The [0016] first link 62B is connected to the rear wheel support frame 31. The second link 62A is connected to the first link 62B and the elastic element 61.
  • The adjusting mechanism [0017] 7 has a positioning seat 72 disposed on the bottom of the main board 1, a ring 71 engaging with the elastic element 61, and a bolt 74 fastening the ring 71 and the positioning seat 72 together.
  • A [0018] screw 73 fastens the positioning seat 72 and the main board 1 together.
  • After a long period of usage, the [0019] elastic element 61 will be loosened. The bolt 74 is adjusted to tighten the elastic element 61.
  • Referring to FIG. 5, the [0020] rear wheel 3 is bumped by a rough ground. The second link 62A will move upward. The shock-absorbing mechanism 6 provides a good shock-absorbing effect.
  • The invention is not limited to the above embodiment but various modification thereof may be made. Further, various changes in form and detail may be made without departing from the scope of the invention. [0021]
