Having thus described my invention, what I claim as new, and desire to secure by United States Letters Patent is:'

In an automatic dish washing and drying machine, a cylindricalbody having a bottom, a horizontal circular `ange within said body spaced from the bottom of said body and slightly from the sides and attached upon the sides,- rollers rotatively mounted between said body and ilan'ge, a door over an opening in said body and slidably resting upon said rollers, and a dish basket on saidange for holding dishes. v

In an automatic dish washing and ,drying machine, a cylinder body having a bottom, a horizontal circular iiange within said body spaced from the bottom of the body and slightly from the sides and attached upon the sides, ,elements for supporting a door arranged between said body and flange, a door over an opening in said body and resting upon said elements, and a dish basket on said flange for holding dishes.

In an automatic machine, a vertical cylindrical body, a horizontal `cylindrical ange within said body and slightly dish washing and drying within said body having a semi-cylindrical pel riphral portion over an opening in said body and connecting with a top face portion engaged in a bearing at the vertical center of the said body, the semi-cylindrical peripheral portion of `sai`d door resting and operable uponl said rollers, and a. dishbasket on said iiange for holding dishes, the door being iixedly guided at the top on its vertical axis so that it may function in a circular path.

In an automatic dish washing and -drying machine, a vertical cylindrical body, a horizontal cylindrical flange, within said body and slightly spaced from 'the sides thereof, means connecting the flange and body vfdr supporting the flange, rollers mounted on said supporting means, a door within said body having a semicylindrical peripheral portion over an opening in said body and connecting with a top face portion engaged in a bearing at the vertical center of,
