A boat, comprising a hull made of a plurality of layers of Wood glued together and completely closed in a water-tight manner, stiffening ribs consisting of layers of Wood glued to the said layers on the inside of the hull, and iron rings surrounding the exterior of the hull.

A boat, comprising a hull made of a plurality of layers of Wood glued together and completely closed in a Water-tight manner, stiffening ribs each consisting of a plu- V rality of layers of Wood, bent while treated with steam and glued together, andiron rings surrounding the exterior of the hull.
3. A boat, comprising a hull made of a plurality of layers of Wood glued together and completely closed in a Water-tight manner, iron rings surrounding the exterior of the hull, and forged headers covering the front and rear ends of the boat.
