The invention relatesto, guns and more particularly to air guns which are provided with an outer or false barrel within which is arranged the shooting barrel and an adjacent It is the object of the present invention to obtain a construction of combined shooting and magazine barrel insertable in the false barrel and which has various advantages such as simplicity in construction, greater strength and rigidity- To this end the invention consists in the construction as hereinafter set forth.

In the present state of the art,it is usual to form the shooting barrel and the magazine barrel of two separate members which are attached to each other with provision for disshot from the magazine through an aperture into the shooting barrel. It is one of the features of my improvement that the magazine and shooting barrels, are formed from a single blank and are therefore integral with each other. This imparts; greater strength and rigidity, as each ofthe barrels forms a truss or reinforcement for the other. It is, however, necessary to avoid any crevice in the shooting barrel which would permit the escape of air and I have therefore provided a seamless tube which forms a liner for said barrel and effectively seals the same.

The tube M may be made of comparatively thin metal, as the strength and rigidity of the structure is provided through the member A. Also, if so desired, the liner tubehI may be made of a diflerent'metal, such for instance as brass, which has a lubricating effect on the shot when discharged from the barrel.
While the constructionthus far described is as preferably for1ned,-I may form my combined. barrel as shown in Figure 3 which sub stitutes for the Sshaped structure a loop N. This does not, however, as completely close the shooting barrel as the construction shown in Figure 1. I therefore deem the latter con- 'StIfL1CtlOI1 preferable.
