The object of my invention is toprovide a simple, durable and inexpensive scraper attachment for tractor wheels which may be easily and quickly attached to the tractor, and

particularly adapted tobe'used in connection with that type of tractor wheels having two circumferential rows of lugs, said rowsbeing spaced apart whereby the scraper may be operated between the rows of lugs for cleaning the periphery of the wheels and said lugs.

Referring to the accompanying drawing, I have used the reference numeral 10 to indicate the rim of a traction wheel 11, and 12 indicates the lower end of the mud guard receiving the bar 24; V Supported between the edges of the memcarried by the tractorframe. Said guard includes a curved plate 13 having at its lower edge a reinforcing angle iron 14. One of the flanges of said angle iron extends forwardly toward the rim 10. The rim 10 is provided with two spaced circumferential rows of lugs 15 which are spaced apart inthe usual manner. a Y I My improved scraper comprises a bracket 16 formed of a pair of clamp members 17'. Each of saidclamps comprises'a member 18 having a hookrportion 19 at one end to engage the inwardly extending flange of the angle iron 14, anda coacting clamp member 20 having one end designed to engage the lower endof the member 13, the lower ends of the members 18 and 20 being curved to form recesses 21, said recesses being designed to carry a bolt or pivot 22. The member has a nut 25 for holding the bolt 22 in place, and at the same time provide means fordrawing the members 17 snugly'against the edges of the bar 24 totake up lost motion or wear.
