This invention relates to an improved Cigarette lighter and dispenser, andhas, for one of its principal objects the provision of means-whereby a cigarette or cigar can be practically simultaneously lighted and dispensed from a container at a 'singlemotionof the operatoror user. r I

One of theimportant objects of the invention is to provide; in a combined" cigarette lighter and dispenser,.means for lighting the cigarette or cigar, which means also haslin connection therewith and forming part thereof, elements for dispensing; the same 'fro'ma container in which the cigarettes or cigars are kept about the-person of the 'user.: i i
