The principal object of the present invention is to provide a device of the character referred to with an'improved type of valve;

As the valve 9 rises, hot water passesit and escapes through the outlet opening 51, for example to a waste'connection. Thereafter and when the temperature of the water has been lowered and the body 11 has sufliciently solidified, it ispossib'le' to close the valve 9 on its seat 5 by turning the handle 15 and by that simple operation the valve device has been 11.
