The member 13 likewise has a portion-27 which extends acutely from the axis of the standard '11, and adjacent this portion 27 is a gripping jaw` 28 that is normally urged slightly away from thev standard 11 by a spring-urged screw 29 that is'similarto screw 21 and which is slidably 4mounted' in 'aboss on portion 27. j Y 'l Y Attached to jaw-28 is a screw 30 upon which is a-'spring"32.k lThe spring 32-is arranged within a `sleeve23 which` embraces the heads of lthe screws 24 and 30. The sleeve 23 has aiange 26 and a flanged member 25 `is slidably mounted on'screw 24.
n lThe springs 31 and 32 urge the jaws 20 and 28 into gripping engagement with the standard 11 (upwardly as seen in Figs.` 2 and 4) i and into' wedging engagementwith the portions 19 and 27.
