I bath mats is by no means insignificant.
The object of the present invention is to roduce a cheap bath mat of paper adapted or one use, inexpensive in first cost, and
which may be renewed as inexpensively and 1:, probabl at a less expense than the laundry charge or washin a textile mat. Or, if its renewal exceeds slightly the cost of laundering a textile bath mat, the added expense per month, or any given period of time, would 20 be less because of.the insignificant first cost.
The invention consists in the paper bath mat hereinafter described and particularly defined in the claims.
The accompanying drawing is a perspec- 2 tive illustration of the invention.
The bathmat of the resent invention consists of a plurality of pieces of paper, all of the same size, the several layers being united at their margins by crimping or pressure. The crimped margin is shown at 11, and consists of a succession of little folds which extend through the several layers of the mat. The several layers of paper areassociated together, and then the margins are subjected to pressure or a crimpin operation by running the mat through uted' rollers or the like.
