An object of the invention, therefore, is to provide an improved fabric canopy support i Which may be readily assembled and disassembled, with convenient means for attaching thereto a fabric roof member and a drop member.

With special reference to the construction disclosed in the drawing of the present case,

There is a' similar connecting construction at the forward end of the arm 7 and, since the `parts correspond substantially in function and in construction, similar reference nu- -merals have been applied thereto.

The rods are held in place insaid openings by engaging the curved sections of the bails 15 over the top face of the rods 19 adjacent to the downturned eX- tremities, and the levers 13 operated to lock or latch the rods in position. In order to facilitate the adjustment of the latch construction, the roof section is cut out at 21 adjacent to the extremity of the rods 19.

In order to support the rear drop 22 of the canopy covering, along the rear longitudinal edge of the roof section there is provided a series of eyes 23 with cooperating snaps 24 supported alongthe upper margin of the drop.v V1in order to holdthe vdrop'in place, the drop is provided with spaced connecting means in the form of strip snaps 25,

releasably held in place by said bails when the levers are in locked adjustment.
