The jaws 1 and 2 are then closed as shown in Figure 2 andthe member 3 is swung about the studs'7, and so Ifollows an arcuate path of' about 90 around the studs 7 into vthe position shown in Figure 3. A different construction is shown in Figures 4, 5, and 6 inV which the movable member 3 is provided with a wire chuck comprising an adjustable stop 9 and a movable jaw 10. The
