Be it known that I, LEoPoLD PHILLIPS, of

It is understood that VI do not confine myself vto the arrangement of the parts 'as here given, asfother arrangements or groupings 'may give the same'result; hence I adopt any grouping'of parts that is an'equivalent of the foregoing:
