By reasonof its mobility, my equipment may be used inone locality after another,without the monetary losses which are incident to the heretofore permanent installments of such equipment;
20 and with but one capital investment a;large territory may be covered, andlocalities may be served whichotherwise would not bereached a s. r a In order that, my invention may be readily 2 understood and carried into eifect, the'same is hereinafter described with reference to the accompanying drawings, in. Whichsimilar numerals indicate like parts. Of such drawings,

Fig. 9, is a sectional elevation of Fig.8.
In general, A represents an electrically driven motor-car; B a central control station 'forthe-car; a racing course for hounds between sectional: boundary fences D a starting-box for hounds; and E a judges stand. j j
Infldetail, my construction is as follows: Integral with'posts, 2, intended for use on the'fouter boundary of the coursing park, are annular plates, 3, to which are bolted channel-irons, 4, which serve as footings for said posts and ties for parallel rails, 5, upon which a motor-car, A, is adapted to travel. Extending outward from said car is an arm, 6, adapted-to support at its tip, 7 an object 7 (not shown) suitable for use as a quarry, or lure, for the hounds. The car is electrically driven by power supplied to it from a centr al jcontrol station, E, (Fig. 1), either through a conventional trolley-wire, 8, and
trolley,j9,-=or third-rail, 10, and brush (not shown). The rails constituting the trackfor the car are"f'u-rther held in positionby supplemental ties, 11, and are in jointed pairs. One end of each pair of rails is bolted to said channel-irons,as at 12, while the other end, 13, is free; the successive pairs-of rails are joined together by means of fishplates, 14. :Intendedfo riuse on the inner boundary of a i the course are posts, 15, adapted to be imis a perspectiveof my equipment p I r removably secured stiff brace, 16, and an beddedin the ground, and provided with a adjustable turn buckle brace, 17. Both braces are'provided with eyelets, 18, adapted to receiv'e apin,119, which serves to anchor screening, 21." These panels are placed vertically, and when assembled said posts and panels, constitute a sectional fence which marks the inner boundary of the course.
Interposed between and supported by said posts, 2, are panels comprised of rectangular frames, 22, covered with heavy wire screening, 23. Said panels are removably sup- "ported on bifurcated hangers, 24, affixed to sa-idposts by bolts, 25. As the upper portion "of -achjsidepiece of said frames is bent s'lightlyinward, as at 26, when the panels of a wedge.
are hung pressure is required to secure a perfect contact between. the upper strips of the said frames and said hangers, the resultant effect being equivalent, in function, to that Said rectangular panels are placed in a vertical position on the outside of said posts, 2; and posts'and panels-, when assembled, constitute a sectionalfence' which marks the outer boundary "of thefcourse.
Removably hung on the inside of said posts, 2, by means of books, adaptedito-hoek-into r;
eyelets, 28, suitably affixed to said posts, are protective panels consisting-oftwo portions, 29-and 30, hingedtogether, as at 31; each portion being comprised of rectangular r m s o r d i h a y .w-i'r'esereenmg- P r io s 29 f s pr e tive. panel ar supy e- Sa d y ke s sui eien ly de portedat the bottom by yolres, 32, threaded on the ends of pipes, 33, as, atfis; the other ends of said pipes fit freely over and are supported by stud bolts, to said post-s.
