primarily of a liquid holding container a multiple of bristle carrying elements vertically disposed within the container; means adapted to maintain the bristle carrying mem- V bers in their relative positions; means forimparting a rotating movement to each of the bristle carrying elements and means for the removal of the ball after the same has been washed, from the device.

The primary object'of my new and im-; proved golf ball washer, consists in provid-- ing a simple and eficient device to be placed upon the tee boxes located on the tees of golf courses, the same being adapted to being manipulated by the golf player in the cleaning of theballs during the course of play. 7

A further object of my invention consists in providing a device that is simple in its operation, efiicient in the results that it obtains, in the cleaning of the balls from de posits upon the outer surface thereof, one that may be operated over relatively long periods by people inexperienced with mechanical devices and one that will not easily get out of order and repair.

A still further object of my device consists in providing a device for the washing of golf balls that will quickly clean the ball and after the same has been cleaned to provide simple means for the removal of the cleansed ball from the device.

With these and incidental objects in view,

the invention consists in certain novel features and improved devices, positioned upon a stand to maintain the same.
