The operation of the device ,is efected by placing a muler either of the dumb-bell type having two larger cylindrical parts 6, 6a conneet-ed by a tube 4 whereby tube 4 will fit within opentrecess. The end surface of an enlaroed part 6 or 6a will rest upon theedges of table 2 contiguous to recess 3 with the ends of stay rods 42,42 having nuts 41, 41 loosely Y mounted thereto at either endpreliminary tok .being turned upfin a tight manner.
