In the drawings, my invention is illustrated inV connection with a mounting including a base part' 10, pivotally supported between a pair of upright side plates 11, 11a, forming a yoke connected at the ends which are suitably mountedv cna support 12. In order to mount the shoe member 20 on the base 10 it is necessary that said base be dismounted from its pivotal connection With ythe side plates 11, 11a, or at least, the pivoted side plate 11 ymust ybe swung'out of engagement with the, adjacent side of the base. When the two y'side plates are moved vinto their normal positions, as shown in Figure 2, thev upper ends of the side plates 11, 11a,
engage opposite sides of the shoe 20 to lock it in proper position on the base.
