The collar 7 and sleeve 11 are constructed of conductor material adapted through their contacting relation to prbvide an electrical connection between the wires 12 and 13 extending through the opposite ends of the connecter housing, the end of the wire 12 being attached to one end of an arm 14 by means of its screw 15, the opposite end of said arm being interposed between the boss 8 and the inner wall of the intermediate section 5 and retained in position by means of the screw 9, the end of the wire 13 being attached 'to an ear 16, formed on the end of the sleeve 11 and secured thereto by means of a screw 17.
