invention relates "particularly to a hobs or other similar articles, in which machine provision is made for simultaneously relieving the threads or grooves as they are being ground. It is the object ofour pres ent invention to provide improved mechanism by which the depth of cut may be accurately ,determined without interfering with the regular operation of the relieving devices.
' Another object of our invention is to pro vide for increased accuracy in the axial feed ofthe grinding wheel. Our invention furwhich i v ther relates toarrang'ements and combinations of parts whichwill be hereinafter described and more particularly pointed out in the appended claims.
