Cooperating with two of these pins is a pair of guid-V ing members having curved ,controlling surfaces, theseinembers being arranged to engage the pins in opposite corners of the plank. Vhile these controlling members may be of variousforms, in the particular construction shown they preferably will be rotatable and are shown in the form of dise wheels 16, 17. The wheel 16 is rotatably carried on a spindle 18 mounted in a web 19 of the frame, and the wheel 17 is carried on a spindle 20 supported in a web'21 of the main frame, these wheels being arranged, as shown, so that they are `on the sameeside ofthe pins, that is, at the right of the' pins,l
as shown in Figure 1. Thile the pins have been shown as carried by the bed or plank and the wheels as supported .in the webs, it will be understood that this arrangement could be readily reversed. 1
The'iparts vare arranged so that the dis tance from the center of the controlling disc 16 to the center of the pins 15 isthe same as the distance from the center of the, shaft 8 to the pitch lineof thersprocket 11. TWith this arrangement, assuming the bed to be moving inithe direction of arrow 1 .of Figure 1, as the pin 13, which drives the bed or plank, moves around this sprocket, the pins 415 will likewise pass around the discs 16, 17.
Any tendency of the bed or plank to turnor move on its driving pin will result in lthe pressing of one of the pins 15 against the,
disc which it engages, and any tendency of the plank to turn inthe other direction will result in the other pin pressing against its wheel. Thus the plank is properly guided i as it passes around the corners of the frame,
and any liability to get out of line or to chatter is overcome. The two pins indicated at 15' in the opposite corners of the plate, it is-understood, will engage discs at the next corner, similar to discs 16, 17, so
that the plank is properly guidedthr'oughout its entire travel around the frame.
Vhile the invention has-been shown and described in its preferred forms, it will be understood that various changes may be made in the form and arrangement of the parts without departing from the invention as defined in the appended claims.

3. In a plate printing machine, the coinbination with the frame, of'a traveling bed or' plank, diagonally arranged pins on the plank, and discs rotatably mounted on the.
the same as the distance from the center of the sprocket to its pitch line.` i
5. In a plateprinting machine, the combination with the frame, of a traveling bed lor plank, pins on the plank, and discs on the frame arranged on the same side of the pins and engaged by the pins as the plank passes around the corners of theframe.
6. In a plate' printing machine, the combination with the frame, of a traveling bed or' plank, pins on the plank, and oppositely disposed guides having curved sui-faces on the frame arranged on the same side ofthe pins and engaged by the pinsduring the whole traveling inovement of the plank around thc'corners of the frame, so that the plank is held against swinging in either direction during suchmovement.
7. In a 'plate printing machine, the combination with the frame, of a traveling bed or plank, discs on the frame, and depending lpins on the plank engaging the discs during the cornersfof the frame. v

In a lplate printing machine, the coinbination with the frame, of a traveling bed or plank, projections arranged on the plank 'diametr'ically opposite each other, and op positely disposed rotaryi abutments on the frame engaged by the projections during the whole traveling movement Vof the plank around a corner of the frame, so that the plank is held against swinging in either div rection during such movement.
11. In a plate printing machine, the com- 5 bination with the frame, of a traveling bed or p1ank,`nrojection's arrangedon the plank diamet'ically opposite each other, and 0ppositely disposed abutments on the frame engaged by vthe projeetions as'the plank passes around a corner ofthe frame, said projec- 10 i tions and abutments'being located below the plank.
