, This invention relates to a stove or furnace of the hot air, hot water or steam type, which vide a furnace having a fire pot with a cylindrical chamber thereabove,'having an annular chamber. disposed about said cylindrical chamber, adapted to carry the heated medium of the furnace surrounding said first men-, tioned chamber and extending thereover, said annular chamber having a central opening through the top thereof, an outer chamber being provided about said annular chamber for the passage of the products of combustion.

'Aipipe'36 is threaded into a boss in the lower portion of member 27 which communicates with chamber 27 and extends outwardly through chamber 30, said pipe forming a return pipe for the water returning from the rooms to be heated. Said pipe also has connected thereto another pipe 37 con trolled by a valve 38 which may constitute a feed water pipe. The top 29 has aniupwardly extending boss 29 about whi-ch'extends the smoke pipe 39.

From the above description it is seen that applicant has provided a simple and very efii-r cient construction of stove or furnace and one which Wlll have a high degree of eificlency 1n the. use of the fuel.
