This trip lever is'provided with a slot ll through which the shaft 2O extends, spaced collars 4:5 and 45a being lined upon said shaft and arranged vto be alternately engaged by the trip lever.

The operation of the device is as follows: assuming the members to be in the position shown in Figs. l and 2, the double clutch 2e is shown engaging the clutch lmember of the bevel pinion 26, the trip lever l2 having just been moved into the present position by the engagement of the pin il therewith, the trip lever being thrown against the collar 5&5, sliding the shat't 2O outward and drawing the double ended clutch 2e out ot engagement with the pinion 2 and into engagement with the; pinion 25, reversing the direction of movement et the gear 28 and through the worm 39 reversing the movement ot the gear 5 w rich carries the stacker tube.
