The chief obect 01 this inventio'n is, provide a. multiple control for focusing and tilting which is simple in character and which will not be disturbed rom the adjusted position by vibration and the like. 1 The chief feature of the invention consists in the provision of a socket support nthe form of ayoke and a lever associated there with tor'tilting the same said yoke being tiltable and movable to and fro for focusing by a pair 01 bolts in substantially parallel relation. The full nature of the ii'ivention will be understood from the accompanying drawings and the following description and claims:
Fig. 1 is a central sectional view of a portion of a headlight with parts shown in elevation and in the upward tilted position. Fig. 2 is a view similar thereto but with the parts in the lowered or depressed tilted position. Fig. 3 is a transverse section taken on line 3-3 of Fig. land in the direction of the arrows.

A light bulb i2 is detachably mounted in the connecting plug or socket 13 and is in electrical connection thereby with the current conducting wires 14. The foregoing consists in the usual or conventional lamp construction including other parts not shown.
