The reccss 12 is cor ed between the inner and outer surfaces of the trams 11 and has an irregular haclr, the lower portion of the reccss being extended further into the trams than the higher portion thereof. A resilient strip member is rigidly secured at its upper-end the cash 11 by the screw 15. The resilient strip 14 is depended clownwardly into the enlarged lower portion of the recess 12. 0n the lower end of the strip 1 1 are mounted spaced bearing members 16 and 17 having openingstherein in which a pin 18 is rigidly secured. A roller 19 is rotatively mounted on the pin 18.
The frame 10 is provided with an elongated recess 20 extending through from side to side thereof. A vertical partition 21 having a vertically disposed slot 22 therein is disposed in the recess 20 and extends the entire length thereof. A block 23 comprising screw-threaded extensions 24 is slidahly mounted in leftside of the partition 21 as viewed in Fig. 2.
