GAME.
Application filed February 19, 1927. Serial No. 169,511.
This invention relates to games to be played with specially designed cards and a circular dial board having a pointer at its centre to be revolved.
The invention will be hereinafter considered in detail and specifically claimed. Reterence will now be had to the drawing torming a part of this application, wherein there is illustrated a preferred embodiment of our invention, but it is understood that the elements thereof can be vared or changed as for shape, size, or form without departing from the spirit of the invention.
in the drawing:
Fig.- 1 is a view'ot the dial board or chart with the pointer mounted at its centre.
Fig. 2 is a view of a card from a pack that is used in combination with the chart and pointer.
Fig. 3 is a view of another card used, with the chart and pointer.
The game may be played by any desired number ranging from two to eight persons. The chart is divided into 8 circles. numbered 1 to 8, consecutively. These circles are divided into a number of sections corresponding to their numbers. That is circle number 8 is divided into eight sections, circle number 7 is divided into seven sections, etc.
The centre of the circles is provided with a. pivot on which there is pivotally mounted a pointer 11.
There are five sets of playing cards numbered from 1 to 10: or cards that have from one to ten zeros on it, a sample of which is shown in Fig. 2, making it fifty cards and three extra cards on which there is a large zero, as shown in Fig. 3, ma ring it a total of fifty three cards.

The players are grouped around thechart and they sit opposite the number that corresponds to the number of players. That is it there are eight players. they sit opposite the numbers eight. and they each have their sections, between the lines 88. If there are seven players, they each sit opposite the lines designated by number 7 and have each a section between lines 7-7, etc. Five cards are dealt, one at a time to each player and are turned face up by the dealer.
As each of the first two rounds are dealt, the dealer announces its number. This 0% on for two rounds only, and these num ers only are taken in consideration when figuring the total number of points lost or won. The remaining three rounds are dealt I silently, and do not figure in the total number of points lost or won.
Any player receiving a zero card duringv five rounds of this set. i. e., a card shown in F10. 3, 1S exempt from having his numbers figured in the case of loss, byhim during this particular set of five rounds.
During the five rounds. of each set, three possible combinations may occur.
