This invention relates to flower holders and more particularly to devices for-holding flowers in the form ofa garland, and for supportingthem within a container. i The object of the inventionis' to provlde a device of this character rfor holding short stemmed; flowers, which is adjustable to fit bowls of different sizes and which maybe 1 cheaply constructed and decorated in any suitable or desired manner. r With the foregoing and other objects in View which will appear as the description proceeds, the invention'resides in the combination and arrangement'of parts and in hereinafter described and claimed, it being understood that changes in the precise embodiment of the invention herein disclosed may, be made within the scope of what is claimed without preferably of sheet metal although itmay be made of celluloid or any other material having the necessary qualities of firmness and resiliency. This metal ribbon or strip 2 from which the holder is formed is punched out along the dotted lines 3, to form fingers 4: which are here shown in the shape of arrow heads and which are designed to be bent laterally outward to rest on the edge of a container here shown in the form of a bowl B.
