In operation, the normal movement of the openings. 19 tol be brought into alinement withthe opening 23. As the opening 19 comes into alinement with the opening'23, a quantity of oil suflioient to fill theopening 19 is delivered from the receptacle and this quantity of oil is carried around inthe open- Ving 19 until it comes in alinement with the outlet openingv.V The'oil is then delivered through the pipes 7 and 8 and feeds down the rods 10 to the flange 12 of the wheel. The rods 10 are free to move in the Y-shaped connections 9, which `permitsthem to remain in contact with the flange of the wheel at all times and the flattened face 11 facilitates the delivery of oil to the flange. It will be apparent that the quantity of i oil delivered can be regulated byr changing the size of the opening19in vthe lower disk or by increasing or decreasing the number of such openings.
It is to be understod thatthe form of my invention'herewithshown and described is to be taken as a prefererd example of the same, andthat various changes in the shape, size, and arrangement vof parts may be resorted to without departing from'the spirit of the invent-ion `or the scope of the subjoined claims. e i
