Obviously, the arrangement is not stricted to the use of only two adjacent stacks of dispensable articles, and only one stack or more than two may he used .to suit requirements.

lWhat I claim is 1. In a dispensing package of the type set forth, in .c,omb;ina;tion with a case vopen at one end,, a lid hinged thereto, means in said case urging ,the articles to be dispensed toward its ,openjend, and stationary article stop means separate from the lid and archin over the open end of the case below the lit at a distance sufficient to overhang and alow o he articles being pushed out sidewise between the edge of the case and said stop means when the lid is opened.

In a dispensing package of the type set forth, in combination with a case open at one end and presenting cut-outs in the edges of its two narrow walls, a lid hingedly secured to said case and adapted to be swung aronnd to either side to a sufiicient extent to uncover said lateral wall cut-outs, an upwardly urged false bottom in said case adapted to support the articles to be dispensed, and means arching over the month of the case designed to retain the uppermost article in .alinement with aid lateral cutouts. i i

A dispensing package comprising a case open at one end, a cover for normally closing the open end of the case, pressure means within the case for feeding a stack of articles toward the openend thereof, and a stationary. stop independent of the cover and arranged at the open end of the case so as to be engaged by an advanced article of the stack, said stop being operatively disposed to hold the, stack from outward move ment in the direction of its line of feed when the cover is opened while exposing an advanced article engaged thereby so as to permit said article to be engaged by the finger or thumb of the operator at one side of the case and forced laterally from beneath the stop and discharged at the opposite side of the case.
