The pad is mountedon two frames 2 and 3 being along the foresides hinged togetherv through hinges 1,. The frame 2 forms Vthe support of the pad, while. the cover 4 y.is placed on the upper frame 3. In the frames are lodged two slides 5 and 6, consisting for or 7. At each end of the 'slide 5 is turnably lodged a bar 8, which with its free end'can glide on theslide 6, and .at each end of the slide 6 a similar bar9 is turnably lodged, which with its free end slides on the slide 5.
