An object of the invention is to provide a boat especially adapted to be used for fishing and hunting and which is composed of sections adapted to be separated from each other and nested one within the other:
in order that the boat structure may be compactly assembled for storage, transportation or other purposes.

A further object of the invention is to provide a boat of the character stated, consisting of sections adapted to be fitted together in a Water tight manner and when set up may be left in the water for an indefinite period of time. -When the sections of the boat are nested one within the other, the complete structure may be placed within a suitable casing, and the said casing may be conveniently carried upon an automobile machine, thereby serving as an accessory of the machine, to extend its attractiveness as a sporting appliance.
