Extending transversely of each of the envelopes, at the closed end thereof,is a strip of'cloth 19, one edge portion of which is secured to the inner face of the envelope, inwardly ofthe strip 17, and its other edge portion secured to the outer face of the lower, or inner envelope, while the intermediate portion of the strip 19 is secured to the other portion of-the fold 18. The free end of the strip 17 has secured thereto one edge portion of a strip of cloth 20, whereby toform a double thickness for the free end, which is grasped to pull the envelopes out into jalousied arrangement. -The other edge por-' tion of the strip 20 is secured to the outer 'or upper face of the closed end of the outeradjacent the hinge portion 12. One of the r pulled out into jalousied position, all of 7 these bitso-f information are simultaneously exposed to view, thus enabling the person to quickly locate the desired record, without the necessity of turning over each of the.
