Be it known that I, CLAUDE I-IAi/IERTON RoWE, a subject of the King of Great'Brit-v ain, residing at Husthwaite, Easingwold, in the county of York, England, have invented certain new and .useful Improvements 1n a Device for Preventin Around the Stems of alvesof Internalisa specification.
