We claim:
A price tag holder comprising a plate having its edges inturned and adapted to hear against the underside of a shelf, said part being equipped With a bearing knuckle, a movable plate having an opening therein through which the markings on the tag can 'be seen, said movable plate being equipped with hearing knuckles to aline With `he first named bearing knuckle, a pivot pintle passing through said knuckles to pivoally connect the plate with the stationary part to permit the plate to hang down at righi*J angles to said part, said plate having its edges inturned Vand spaced from 'the rear side thereof to provide flanges to engage `the tag.
