Mounted on the other end of the shaft 7 are the revoluble arms 5 which are in the form of double arm members, the one end being ap proximately doublethe length of the other and secured at the opposite ends are the arm members 6 which extend at right angles thereto so that the arm member 6 on the opposite supports 5 are positioned so that they intersect with each other in their revolution. Mounted longitudinally in the supporting arms 4 and journaled therein are the shafts 10 on the upper ends of which are secured the bevel gears 9 which intermesh with the gears 8. These shafts 10 extend down through the plate 2 and are supported by means of-a journal 10 in the lower end of the supports land secured on the lower ends of these'shafts 10 are the bevel gears 11 which intermesh with the gears 13 and 14 which are secured on a horizontal shaft 12 revolubly mounted in the center of the casing formed by the members 12 and 13 upon supports 12 secured on the base plate 1. Upon this shaft 12 is secured a sprocket 16. Mounted on the base plate 1 are a pair of journal supports 15 in which is journaled the shaft 15 upon which is mounted a sprocket 17 and connecting the sprockets 16 and l-7 v 7 Also mounted on, the shaft 'isanother sprocket 19 upon which is a chain 18.
