IUSE -EOUEI'IKG DEVICE.
To all whom it may concern.
Be it known that I Gnome-B: Weaswom'n, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of the city: of Govinton in the '5 ooun of- Kentenand State 0 Kentuck have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Fuse-Mounting Devices, ofwhich the followin is e I clear, andexe "act -description-{re erence hem had to=th eacconipan 'ngdrewinggfiormmg part of this-speci cation. i

In a former application dated August 9th, 1916, I have described a device for electric installation, in which the service wires are led first to a switch and thence to the fuses in which device the switch is sealed up an operated by a handle which extends out .of its compartment, and the fuses are accessible without opening up the switch compartment.
It is the object in the invention in the present applimtion to provide a, device whereby e current may be led first to the fuses and thence to the switch, and in which the fuse holders are movable but not removable. Thus the object is to rovide a fuse holder which will be movab e so that the fuse proper will be accessible, and which movement will disconnect the fuse holder speemeauen 0; Letters Intent. Application fled August 14,1916; Girhfihl 511cm.

Connection is also made from the spring clip 8 to the plate 17 through a springpressed plunger 18 in the base of the hindmg post 19. This post 19 is connected by the wire 20 with the switch contacting piece 21 and through the pivoted switch closing bar 22 to the binding post 23 and thence to the house connection.
The switch and fuse box illustrated is for a two wire service, and the bar 24 corresponding to the bar 22, makes a connection with the switch contact piece 25, wire 26 and thence through the other fuse to the service line.
Of course it will be lmderstood that as many wires may be employed with their accompanying fuses and switches as desired,
but the two wire service suflicicnlzl illustrates the construction, the two parts bung in QuPlieQ. is opened or shut by the handle 27, mounted on the 6 rock shaft 28, journaled in suitable supports 29, 29, on the block 4.
