When the envelop is to be used asa record keeper enters, in the/spaces provided, the class of Work andthe number or units of articles completed or charged to the workman, with the rate ofV pay therefor', the sev eral sections or columns being 1n alinement with each other.v

the pay envelop must be made out. `With my system, these records can simultaneously be kept ona single envelop. combining these two steps in theorie record;thereby giving the Workman a: complete vstatement otithe hours made each day, or the number of arti` cles 0r units completed, the rate of pay,

The combined time-card7 daily production record, and pay-envelop forming the subjectinatterv ot' the present invention vis well adapted for use in conjunction with any of the f coupon register systems new in more or `less general use inplants of diif- -ierent kin-ds; but it is to be understood that its nseis not limited to that fieid, lin fact7 it is Within the contemplation of my inventionv to employ the sanie in various and many different Ways.
